The combination of nanotechnology and biotechnology means that nanobiotechnology is a comprehensive discipline involving multiple fields.Currently,it has been at the forefront of international biotechnology and has a wide range of applications and inestimable development prospects in the field of medicine.Nanotechnology has made some progress in the field of medicine and has played a very important role in the early diagnosis and treatment of some diseases.The development of nanotechnology has promoted the progress of various fields,and the use of emerging nanotechnology to solve biological problems has become a research hotspot.In recent years,nanoscale metallic organic matrix(n MOF)materials have become attractive tools for a variety of biomedical applications.Due to their chemical versatility,large porosity,and adjustable degradability,n MOF has been used as a carrier to transport imaging or therapeutic cargo.This paper explores the application of nanoscale metal-organic framework materials in biosensors and drug delivery.The research contents are as follows:(1)In chapter 2,efficient approaches for delivery of DNA probes and activate DNAzyme catalyze action in living cells at one-step without extra addition of free metal ion are challenges for chemistry and biology.We develop a new application of ZIF-8,for the first time,to carry nucleic acid reagents and activate intracellulat DNAzyme action.We using a novel DNA/ZIF-8 electrostatic nanoassembly,develop that target m RNA initiated one-step DNAzyme catalyze the cleavage of substrate for an amplification strategy in living cells.It is shown that ZIF-8 not only as a nanocarrier of nucleic acid,but also increase the concentration of intracellular free Zn2+.The nanoassembly offers high selective to target m RNA and has a high-performance platform for intracellular activated DNAzyme action in cell biology.Consideration of metal ion richness in MOFs,this paper may provide a new promising application of MOFs in biochemistry.(2)In chapter 2,to reduce the side effects and improve the therapeutic effect,it is necessary to use nanomaterials to deliver chemotherapy drugs.We explored the highly stable MOF Uio-66-NH2nanometer material as the carrier of the chemotherapy drug DOX to enhance the therapeutic effect of the drug.The nano-material Ui O-66-NH2loaded with the drug has the characteristics of small toxicity,sufficient stability,and appropriate size.Besides,studies have demonstrated that Ui O-66-NH2fully delivers the drug molecules,producing toxicity to Hela comparable to that of free DOX.This paper may provide new and promising applications for the application of MOF in biochemistry.
