China’s energy structure is dominated by fossil energy,extensive development and utilization,increasing pressure on resources and environment,and the development of clean and renewable energy is imminent.Hydrogen energy is a clean secondary energy,but also a bridge between fossil energy and renewable energy.In recent years,the technology of hydrogen production by supercritical water gasification of coal and biomass has gradually become a research hotspot in the field of hydrogen production in the world.In order to promote the development of hydrogen production technology by supercritical water gasification,this paper has carried out systematic and in-depth research on thermodynamics,economy and environment.In this paper,supercritical water gasification of coal for hydrogen production system and supercritical water gasification of biomass for hydrogen production system with solar energy focused heating were designed.The thermodynamic analysis,economic analysis and life cycle environmental assessment of the system were carried out by Aspen Plus 8.4 and Sima Pro 9.0 based on Ecoinvent 3 database.The main innovations and research work are as follows:(1)The calculation model of hydrogen production system by coal supercritical water gasification was built,and the thermodynamic performance of hydrogen production system by coal supercritical water gasification was studied and analyzed.The results show that the thermodynamic efficiency of the system can be effectively improved by optimizing the system parameters and improving the heat transfer and cooling system.(2)Economic analysis and sensitivity analysis of the biomass supercritical water gasification hydrogen production system were carried out by the method of annual total income requirement.The results show that the book expense accounts for the largest proportion,and the economic performance of the system can be effectively improved by optimizing system parameters and expanding system scale.(3)The calculation model of hydrogen production system by supercritical water gasification was built,and the environmental performance of hydrogen production by supercritical water gasification was studied and analyzed.The results show that the environmental performance of the system can be effectively improved by optimizing the system parameters and improving the heating and by-product processing systems.
