Melamine electrochemical sensor plays an important role in the field of food analysis,especially in detecting whether milk is added illegally,It can detect melamine in milk easily and quickly.The commonly used methods for melamine detection are:chromatography-mass spectrometry,fluorometry,spectrophotometry,capillary electrophoresis and colorimetry.But these methods need some expensive equipment and complex programs.In contrast,electrochemical methods are fast,cheap and easy to implement.Therefore,I prepared melamine electrochemical sensor,the main work is as follows:(1)In this paper,a chitosan(CS)/graphene oxide(GO)nanocomposite was prepared and used as an electrochemical sensor.The morphology of this nanocomposite was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and its structure was investigated by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and Raman spectroscopy(Raman).Electrochemical experiment results show that CS/GO nanocomposites exhibit excellent sensing properties to melamine and have an ultrahigh sensitivity of 54.6μAμM-1cm-2,a linear range of 4~2300 ppb,and a calculated limit of detection of 0.83 ppb.This material also exhibits positive anti-interference property and fairly accurate measurement in real milk,thus ensuring that the present sensing platform can be utilized for practical applications,such as food inspection.(2)In this paper,nickel sulfide/nickel oxide/carbon nanotube nanocomposites(Ni S/Ni O/CNT/CS)were prepared,and Ni S/Ni O/CNT/CS electrochemical sensors were fabricated with the good film-forming ability of CS.The morphology of the nanocomposite was characterized by SEM and TEM,and its structure was studied by X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and Raman spectroscopy.The results of electrochemical experiments show that Ni S/Ni O/CNT/CS nanocomposite has excellent sensing performance for melamine,and has 83.5μAμM-1cm-2ultra-high sensitivity,linear range of1~3000 ppb,and the calculated detection limit is 0.017 ppb.This material also shows a positive anti-interference performance,and the measurement in pure milk is quite accurate,thus ensuring that the sensing platform can be used in practical applications.
