Rapid assessment and efficient decision-making of environmental monitoring and natural disaster emergency response play an important role in the sustainable development of China’s social economy.Earth observation technology has huge application value and potential in land resources,agricultural economy,urban and rural construction,disaster early warning,disaster emergency and many other fields.Geospatial data,processing,and modeling have exploded with advances in sensor and data acquisition technologies.On the one hand,it improves the human to obtain the environmental monitoring and the ability of disaster emergency data and information,on the other hand,the need for data management and analysis also grows,with the data in different formats,sensors,heterogeneity,and quality etc.The situation of insufficient information processing capability with the massive multi-source heterogeneous data under the network to solve the environment monitoring and the natural problems brought a big challenge.This paper intends to provide a set of business templates that can be referenced under the distributed network environment for common environmental monitoring and natural disaster response through the business scenarios of remote sensing image water quality monitoring,and design the prototype system architecture and service platform on the premise of following the OGC data service and processing specifications.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Research of geospatial Web service specification and service encapsulation methods: research data services,processing services and workflow service standards,the W3 C standard specification and related technology,the research is applicable to common environmental monitoring and natural disaster emergency response integration of data and processing services platform,the network data service and network service encapsulation methods.(2)Analyze the water quality monitoring model and implementation scheme of remote sensing image in the traditional centralized environment,research the business process and service decomposition method of water quality monitoring in the distributed network environment,research the network processing service architecture for water quality monitoring,and the implementation method of atomic service and interface considering service granularity.(3)Research the planning and acquisition methods of satellite remote sensing data resources,research the data service and processing service description and binding methods of water quality monitoring business process,and the water quality monitoring business driving,instantiation operation and monitoring methods.(4)According to the method proposed in this paper,a geographic information service prototype system for water quality monitoring using remote sensing image was developed,and the case of water sediment inversion based on the remote sensing data of GF-1 satellite was proposed for the experimental verification.
