| Since China’s reform and opening up 40 years ago,great economic achievements have been made,the speed of rural urbanization is accelerating,and under the guidance of the state,China’s infrastructure is gradually improving,at the same time,it is also a large demand for various building materials,especially for concrete,with the deepening of reform,it also brings heavy pressure on resources and environment,it is not suitable for the construction of an environment-friendly and resource-saving society,therefore,the emergence of non-steam curing concrete is also to meet the needs of social development.In today’s construction industry,in order to shorten the production time of high-strength concrete precast products,most factories generally adopt the method of steam curing to improve the early strength of precast concrete,this not only produces a lot of waste gas to pollute the air,but also increases the production cost for the enterprise,therefore,it is necessary to improve the early strength of non-steam curing concrete products.In order to deal with the above problems,this project mainly starts from the following aspects:first,from the aspect of the mix proportion of precast concrete,mainly including the cement variety,the water cement ratio of concrete and the aggregate accumulation density;second,from the aspect of the type of admixture,the admixture in this test is mainly admixture and mineral admixture,and the admixture is water reducer,early strength agent and early strength agent The mineral admixtures are active admixtures such as fly ash,mineral powder and silica fume.Through the study of the admixtures and the admixtures among different kinds,the best admixtures and mineral admixtures can be determined.Thirdly,from the aspect of concrete preparation technology,they are mainly divided into curing temperature,mixing process and mixing water temperature In several aspects,the early strength of concrete products can be improved by optimum curing temperature,proper mixing method and good water temperature.The goal of this paper is to make the early strength of C60 concrete reach more than 30%of the design strength in 8h,reach the formwork removal strength in 10h,reach the design requirements in 7d,and the diffusion coefficient of chloride ion in 56d is less than 4.0×10-12m2/s.Finally,through the experimental research in this paper,the test results meet the requirements,so as to establish the optimal mix proportion,which can be used in production to improve the early strength of concrete,speed up the production efficiency in the production process of concrete pre products,improve the mold turnover rate,reduce the production cost,and improve the economic benefits of enterprises. |
