| Chinese medicine dispensing equipment is used for dispensing Chinese medicine granule equipment,it is a set of mechanical design and manufacturing,software technology,hardware technology in one of the automation products.Chinese medicine dispensing equipment control software is the main program of Chinese medicine dispensing equipment,operating environment is equipped with Win PE hardware platform.Rely on the communication protocol to achieve the relevant functions through the next computer.The purpose of this thesis is to design and implement a set of control software suitable for TCM dispensing equipment.The dispensing equipment controlled by the software can meet the working requirements of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy,It can download the electronic prescription through the hospital’s HIS system,identify the drug information in the prescription,and complete the final adjustment according to the drug information in the prescription.The research content of this thesis is mainly divided into three parts: demand analysis,design and implementation,test and verification.First of all,after detailed demand analysis,combining with the relevant characteristics of TCM formula particles,it is divided into functional requirements and non-functional requirements,and relevant functions can be realized according to specific requirements.Secondly,the overall architecture of the TCM dispensing equipment control software is presented.In the.net environment,based on C#,functions including dispensing,parameter configuration,medicine cabinet configuration,dosing,margin calibration and system log are realized.Then the function of the software system was tested,and HIS interface test,dropping precision test and dispensing efficiency test were presented.The test results showed that the control software met the system requirements,and the practicability of the control software for TCM dispensing equipment was verified.This thesis focuses on the actual work involved in the project,The author is involved in requirements research,requirements analysis,code implementation and later testing.Among them,the dispensing efficiency and dropping precision of the function of the most involved in the deepest feeling,so in this thesis,focus on the discussion. |
