| At present,the mainstream advanced kiln type of metallurgical lime production industry has rotary kiln,double chamber kiln and annular shaft kiln.The annular shaft kiln is welcomed by users because of its high degree of automation,low heat consumption,high product quality,environmental protection and safety.At present,annular shaft kiln mainly has 300TPD(Ton per day)and 500TPD if dividing from capacity scale.Compared to the rotary kiln(Max.1000TPD)and the double chamber kiln(Max.600TPD),annular shaft kiln is smaller and the competitiveness in the large lime production industry is weak.In order to meet the needs of large scale production requirements and enhance market competitiveness,the development of a larger annular shaft kiln production scale is imminent.This paper discusses the theoretical design and research process of developing 600TPD annular shaft kiln from aspects of process equipment and thermal engineering.Through the analysis of the thermal theory of the furnace and the calcining process of annular shaft kiln,combined with the existing experience data of the existing annular shaft kiln operation and the existing problems in production,the analogy method is used to reasoning,calculating and demonstrating,and the parameters of the technology,heat and equipment of 600TPD annular shaft kiln are determined.The existing problems of existing equipment are designed and improved.It is verified by the design scheme that 600TPD annular shaft kiln has been put into operation successfully,and the unit energy consumption is low,the product quality is high,and the other parameters meet the design requirements.The main work is as follows:1.The calcining thermal analysis and calcination process of shaft kiln were studied.2.This paper makes a theoretical analysis of the defects in the existing structure design of annular shaft kiln and the problems appearing in the use process.3.The thermal parameters,structure and process system design of 600TPD annual shaft kiln were carried out,and the load calculation and strength check of kiln shell were also carried out.4.The actual operation data and theoretical value of 600TPD annular shaft kiln are analyzed and compared,so as to verify the design effect. |
