Because of fused magnesia’s high purity,dense structure and high melting point,it has become a kind of high-quality refractory material,which is widely used in metallurgy,military,chemical industry,home appliances and other fields.The current domestic electric melting magnesia production equipment is mainly controlled by three-phase AC fused magnesia furnace.Magnesia smelting process relies entirely on electricity to melt the raw materials.The production process of the fused magnesia furnace is complicated and the production environment is harsh,highly dangerous.However,it still uses manual inspection methods to master the production of fused magnesium furnace.This thesis studies the visual simulation technology of dynamically rebuilding the production process of fused magnesia furnace through real-time video monitoring images.The technology has significant practical significance,which can be used in remote condition monitoring,simulation,human-computer interaction and other applications in the process of melting magnesium furnace.Firstly,aiming at the current research status of 3D visualization software at home and abroad,the status quo of visualization in the production of fused magnesia has been investigated.The problems have been analyzed,which exists in the visualization monitoring software of fused magnesium industry.Combining with the production technology,we put forward the technical route of three-dimensional visualization of fused magnesia furnace.Secondly,the visual characteristics of the main operating conditions of the fused magnesia furnace have been analyzed.An on-line dynamic flame separation method based on multivariate image analysis and artificial experience is proposed to extract the critical flame region in the image online;We propose texture library construction,update,query method,and color distribution of the migration technology for the flame texture rendering;We also establish based on the particle system of the furnace mouth flame,smoke,spray water dynamic three-dimensional model.Thirdly,based on the Unity3D platform,real-time image-driven fused magnesia three-dimensional visualization software is designed.According to the structure of the hardware system on which the software depends,the software is divided into four functional modules:human-computer interaction module design,production environment 3D reconstruction module design,production data demand trend graph and condition type display module design,and single server multi-client terminal communication module design.Finally,the equipment data in the production process of the fused magnesia furnace is collected at the industrial site,the video image data in the production process of the fused magnesia furnace is collected by the industrial camera,and all the useful data are collected.Carry on the operation test to each function module,the software has met the anticipated design requirement.
