| As the urbanization process continues to improve, the quality of human life continues to increase while the burden on the environment is increasing. In recent years, serious air pollution problems have caused widespread concern. The degree of air turbidity can be visually reflected by air aerosol(the main form of atmospheric particulate pollutants). This article uses 11 years of aerosol data from 2008 to 2018 to study its temporal and spatial characteristics and explore its main influencing factors. This article uses the GDAL function library combined with ArcGIS secondary development technology to aggregate MODIS aerosol products, and uses linear regression, pixel calculation and other mathematical statistical methods to explore the aerosol spatial and temporal distribution and changes from annual, seasonal, and monthly. At the same time,Shandong Province is used as a typical zone to use Pearson,Spearman correlation coefficient method and geographic weighted regression model, combined with a number of geographic, meteorological, and urban human data to explore the main influencing factors of aerosols. Finally, the cluster analysis of the backward trajectory is performed based on the air mass data. The research results are as follows:1.The aerosols in China show the distribution characteristics of high in the east and low in the west. There are obvious differences on both sides of the population boundary. The high-value areas are located in the North China Plain and the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River;the low-value areas are located in the Tibetan Plateau. There are multiple coincidences between the aerosol distribution contour and the natural boundary, indicating that the geographical environment and climatic conditions are closely related to the aerosol.2.The law of aerosol changes in China from 2008 to 2018 increases first and then decreases, reaching the highest peak in 2011,and the downward trend is obvious in the following years. In terms of seasonal variation, there is a difference between the peak time of the aerosol mean and maximum statistical data. This shows that the national aerosol high-value area is different from most other areas.3.The distribution pattern of aerosols in Shandong Province is high in the west and low in the east, and the annual change increases first and then decreases, reaching the highest peak in 2012,which is consistent with the stage of comprehensive deepening of reform and opening up in the region from 2012 to 2018.The seasonal variation law is the same as the national maximum statistical change law.4.There is a negative correlation between DEM data,NDVI data, the proportion of urban population and AOD,which has an inhibitory effect on aerosol concentration, but the effect of vegetation on air purification is relatively low compared with other factors and is not decisive. There is a positive correlation between the length of light, temperature and AOD,which can promote the formation of aerosol particles. The interaction force between precipitation and aerosol is complex, and the influence is different in different regions. The gas pollutants produced by human activities are closely related to the aerosol thickness, and can directly affect the aerosol concentration. There is no direct and positive correlation between night light data, city grade data and AOD,indicating that air pollution is not an inevitable phenomenon in the process of urban development. |
