| Since the reform and opening,a number of Chinese private enterprises have developed rapidly.With the development of private enterprise,the malpractice of the family business model is gradually exposed,which hinders the sustainable development of the enterprise.How to transform the private enterprises successfully into modernized enterprise,and realize the sustainable development of the family enterprise,is a serious problem that private enterprises must face.This paper analyzes the gap between the family business and the modern enterprise,and points out why family enterprises are difficult to continue to develop.The author,taking personal experience in "Eversun Holdings Group Co.,Ltd" as an example,put forward that how family enterprises successfully transformed into modern corporate enterprises though professionalization,institutionalization and informatization.In the beginning,the group guided the entrepreneurs to exit through a variety of channels and introduced professional managers,thus realized a smooth transition from family management to professional management.Through the system construction,the company create a procedural decision-making mechanism to solve the trust problem between founders and professional managers,and also serve for the construction of informatization.Information is the embodiment of the achievement of the enterprise institutionalization,and in turn guarantees the implementation of the enterprise system,thus creating a fair and good enterprise environment.There is no standard mode of management and control in the transformation of enterprise modernization.It is necessary to realize that enterprise modernization must according to the actual situation and management goal in the specific stage of the enterprise. |
