| In order to reduce the harmful gases and particulate matter in the atmospheric environment,alleviate the pollution of automobile exhaust,photochemical smog and haze,and ensure the sustainable development of the road environment,this paper studies the preventive maintenance seal based on exhaust gas purification and PM2.5 adsorption.In this paper,the effects of environmentally-friendly materials based on automobile exhaust gas purification and PM2.5 adsorption function on the properties of SBR modified emulsified asphalt evaporation residue were studied by means of three major indicators of evaporation residue.The optimal preparation process at the micrometer is determined by the ratio design at the micrometer.Based on the wet wheel wear test and the rutting deformation test,the influence of the amount of environmentally friendly materials on the wear resistance performance and high temperature stability of the micrometer is studied.Develop a vehicle exhaust pollutant purification test equipment,determine its test method,study the exhaust gas purification performance of the environmental micrometer and PM2.5&10 particulate matter adsorption effect.X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and other analytical methods were used to characterize the microstructure of environmentally friendly materials,and to reveal the mechanism of exhaust gas purification and the adsorption mechanism of PM2.5 particles.The results show that the viscosity and high temperature stability of the SBR modified emulsified asphalt evaporation residue increase with the increase of nano TiO2/tourmaline composite content,but the ability of low temperature resistance to deformation is slightly reduced;7%of nano TiO2/tourmaline material can increase the wear resistance of the micro-surfacing at 4%and the high-temperature stability of 14.6%.The purification efficiency of the gas components of the automobile exhaust gas reaches the carbon by the nano-TiO2/tourmaline composite micro-surface.Hydrogen compound 33.3%,carbon monoxide 46%,nitrogen oxide 92.8%,the adsorption effect of particulate component PM2.5&10 in automobile exhaust gas reached 29.9%and 25.2%,respectively;nano-TiO2 agglomerate supported on tourmaline powder particle surface The dispersion is uniform,and its crystal form has anatase type and rutile type;the permanent electric field generated by tourmaline due to spontaneous permanent polarization can accelerate the separation of electron-hole pairs and improve the redox capacity of nanometer TiO2.The permanent electric field of tourmaline and the permanent release of air negative ions can absorb the suspended particles in the air and neutralize the air,thus achieving the purpose of sedimentation. |
