The field organic pollution sites often show the characteristics of multiple organic compound research on coordinated migration of multiple organic pollutants is of great importance. One of the difficulties in the research on the coordinated migration of various organic pollutants is how to effectively identify the concentration changes of different organic compounds in the migration process. In recent years,a new analytical technology developed in the field of biology and environmental chemistry--highthroughput screening technology has become an ideal method to solve the above difficulties.High throughput screening technology is based on liquid chromatographyhigh resolution mass spectrometry.Under the premise of no use of standard substance and no pre-selection of analyte, the target organic matter contained in the sample is generally recognized, and a large number of target organic matter can be detected by one injection to realize efficient identification of different organics. This paper attempts to apply the high-throughput screening technology to the study of the co-migration characteristics of various mixed organic pollutants, which solves the problem of multiple organic matter identification well and provides an important reference for future studies.Paper based on ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem ions orbit trap mass spectrometry(UHPLC-Q Exactive Orbitrap-MS)fluid of high resolution MS platform, constructed the experiment of the organic matter involved in identification of high-throughput screening method, carried out 32 kinds of mixed organic matter in the coarse and fine sand and Experimental research on the adsorption and migration of coarse sand containing different amount of coconut shell biological carbon and other aquifer medium on the basis of the preliminary experiment of the mixed organic matter. The adsorption and migration of these 32 organics in porous media were studied by isothermal adsorption experiment and column experiment:(1)In this paper,high-throughput screening technology was successfully applied to the systematic migration of organic compounds in porous media. The results show that the key to the success of the method is the strict quality control of trace concentration samples, experimental instruments, sample pretreatment and the construction of reasonable screening strategies.(2)The results of adsorption experiments on mixed organic pollutants in different media showed that the equilibrium adsorption concentration of coconut shell biochar particles on organic matters was significantly higher than that of quartz sand particles, mainly because coconut shell biochar had highly developed pore structure, large specific surface area and certain functional groups. The equilibrium adsorption concentration of coarse sand and fine sand particles on organic matter is very small, and the equilibrium adsorption concentration of fine sand particles is slightly higher than that of coarse sand particles, because the specific surface area of fine sand particles is slightly larger than that of coarse sand particles. But lincomycin has a higher equilibrium adsorption concentration on coarse sand particles.(3)The results of column experiment on migration of mixed organic pollutants in different media showed that the quartz sand medium had a certain retarding effect on the migration of organic matter.Except for lincomycin, ametryn and rivansidamine, the other organic matters all conform to the rule of greater retarding effect always generates on the smaller particle size of quartz sand.Under the experimental conditions, the coconut shell biochar at 0.01g had obvious retardation effects on five organic compounds coumaphos, daidzein, sulfone, lincomycin and Pentachlorophenol.Lincomycin presented a cationic state in the aqueous solution, which was speculated to be due to the electrostatic adsorption of lincomycin with biochar of more negative charge in the migration process,so it showed a strong retarding effect.(4)Competitive adsorption exists in the case of synergistic migration of multiple organics. For example, the value of C/C0 in the migration of a single substance in the sand column is less than the peak value of C/C0 in the coordinated migration of multiple organics. The results show that under the conditions of multiple organics’ synergistic migration, carbamazepine has competitive adsorption with other organics.
