This paper researched on the influence of bioactive water treating high concentration organic wastewater.The experiment aimed at making one kind of bioactive water to enhance the removal efficiency of high concentration organic wastewater and studied the mechanism.First of all,the Bioactive Water(BW)and B W(bacteria)were made by aeration of Pellet,Pellet(Bacteria:Silicate bacteria)and pumice.Then the concentration of SiO2,the 17O-NMR line-width of BW and BW(bacteria),and the solubility of NaCl in BW and BW(bacteria)were determined.High concentration organic wastewater was prepared by BW and BW(bacteria),and then 1%activated sludge was inoculated into artificial wastewater.After 4 days of culture at 37℃ and 120 rpm,the COD、TN and TP were analyzed.The bioactive water was applied to the laboratory scale wastewater treatment reactors which were control reactor,reactor one(BW bacteria)and reactor two(BW)and the reactor had two patterns of long aeration and intermittent aeration which could be divided into four stages.The COD,NH3-N,NO3-N,TN,TP were measured.The experimental results showed that the concentration of SiO2 of BW and BW(bacteria)was 1.26 mg/L and 1.3 mg/L while the DW was 0.84 mg/L.The 17O-NMR line-width of BW and BW(bacteria)was 117 Hz and 89 Hz while the DW was 15 Hz.The solubility of NaCl in BW and BW(bacteria)was 34 g/100 ml BW and 35 g/100 ml BW(bacteria)while the DW was 32 g/100 ml DW.During the study of bioactive water characteristics,the removal rate of COD,TN and TP from artificial wastewater of BW was enhanced by 58%,7%,5%and BW(bacteria)was enhanced by 59%,8%,14%.During the experiments of running water treatment reactor,the removal ability of COD,NH3-N,NO3-N,TN and TP of reactor one and two was better than that of the control reactor in the long-term aeration model and the average removal rate was enhanced by 4%,17%,17%,11%,16%and 3%,22%,17%,11%,18%.During the intermittent aeration model,the optimum operating conditions for the the reactor one and reactor two were 1 h 20 min/1 h(Aeration/Stopping aeration)and 1 h 20 min/1h 20 min,in which stages the average removal was enhanced by 4%,17%,40%,17%,26%and 3%,21%,54%,21%,25%.Above all,the application of bioactive water enhanced the treatment effect of high concentration organic wastewater and the function of bioactive water itself played the leading role,including the structure of water molecules in active water.The reactor two appeared the best effect when the operating condition was 1 h 20 min/1 h 20 min.
