| Photocatalytic technology is a new water treatment technology has attracted much attention in recent years.The materials of semiconductor TiO2,Ag3PO4and WO3which has superior photocatalytic properties and research widely applied in the field of environmental governance.Aim for the defects of the surface of the material,such as can’t absorb the visible light and limited to application.In order to improve the light efficiency of catalyst,This paper we firstly used a new method by AC power alternating voltage anodic oxidation of titanium plate,preparation of macroporous TiO2nanometer catalyst.In addition,Some reaction devices in experiment process,mainly includes:electrolytic cell,the support device of photo-current test experiment,photocatalytic reaction system,accurated burette and laboratory condensed water cooling device,which can improve the accuracy of repetitive experimental data from the theory.Also synthesis some new materials:such as big hole structure TiO2,WO3/Ag3PO4,3DOM-TiO2/WO3NTs,3DOM-WO3/TiO2NTs and big hole TiO2/Ag3PO4,and through experiment study,the results show that:(1)Comparing the different catalysis synthesize conditions,we concluded when the AC voltage is 10 V,the process of electrolytic time is 180 min,which can obtained the diameter about 3μm big hole structure TiO2nanomaterials.By photocatalytic degradation of 100ml 20mg/L methylene blue solution,after 120min,the removal rate can above 99%.The experiment method is simple,low voltage,and can get semiconductor material has a high catalytic performance.(2)The better method to prepared photocatalytic is Hydrothermal method.when the temperature is 120℃,reaction time above 90min,WO3/Ag3PO4nanomaterials has best performance.The decompose 100ml 10mg/L MB rate is probably 2 times than the Ag3PO4photocatalys which get from hydrothermal method,is 5 times than the WO3of hydrothermal method.The experimental result shows composite material not only expand the light absorption in the visible light region,also greatly overcome the problem of low catalytic properties of single photocatalytic materials.(3)The new materials through SEM experiment study,we suggest that 3DOM-TiO2/WO3NTs,3DOM-WO3/TiO2NTs and big hole TiO2/Ag3PO4have potential synthesized value. |
