Synthesis Of Fluorocarbon Surfactant And Built Detergent

Surfactants in most oil displacement agent are hydrocarbon surfactants.Novel fluorocarbon surfactants are prepared.Fluorocarbon surfactant can be applied to harsh environmental conditions because of their high surface activity,high thermal stability and chemical stability and excellent hydrophobic,oleophobic properties.In addition,their combined properties with other hydrocarbon surfactants are good.The complex product has a higher ability to reduce the surface tension.These cover the shortage of the conventional surfactants.And the application filed of fluorocarbon surfactants is widened further.Therefore,fluorocarbon surfactant is very promising in oil displacement agent.Carboxyl betaine amphoteric fluorocarbon surfactant was synthesized from p-perfluorononenyloxy benzenesulfonyl chloride,N,N-dimethyl-propanediamine and sodium chloroacetate by amidation and quaterisation.Its critical micelle concentration(CMC)was 1.0×10-4 mol/L and γCMC was 23.77 mN/m.Carboxyl betaine amphoteric fluorocarbon surfactant was synthesized from(HFPO)3,N,N-dimethyl-propanediamine and sodium chloroacetate by amidation and quaterisation.Its CMC was 6.0×10-4 mol/L and γCMC was 16.18 mN/m.Sulfate anionic fluorocarbon surfactant was synthesized from(HFPO)3,neovaricaine and chlorsulfonic acid by amidation and esterification.Its CMC was 1.0×10-3 mol/L and γCMC was 19.62 mN/m.Amino acid anionic fluorocarbon surfactant was synthesized from(HFPO)3 and sarcosine by amidation.Its CMC was 3.0×10-3 mol/L andγCMC was 22.18 mN/m.All the intermediums and the products were identified by IR,1H NMR and MS respectively.oil displacement agent was prepared with the four fluorocarbon surfactants and have good performance of washing oil.
