| Life and industrial production will produce a lot of ammonia nitrogen wastewater,and the wastewater poses a serious hazard to the environment.At present,the treatment of ammonia nitrogen wastewater is a challenge in the field of water treatment.Looking for an economic and effective treatment technology of ammonia nitrogen wastewater has become a major research topic of scientific research workers.This paper introduces a method using chemical distillation principle to remove the ammonia nitrogen in wastewater,and realizing the resource utilization of ammonia nitrogen.The process simulation and optimization of ammonia nitrogen wastewater resource utilization were carried out by using process simulation software.The double-effect distillation process and heat pump distillation process are presented.Greatly reduced energy consumption,reduced emissions,and reached the highest value of the recovery of ammonia.In this paper,based on the treatment of ammonia nitrogen wastewater to get two kinds of conditions of 10%wt ammonia water and 30%wt ammonia water,Ammonia nitrogen resource utilization distillation process is presented.After using this process,the ammonia nitrogen in wastewater can be removed to reach the state effluent standards,and the high concentration of ammonia can be recovered.Double-effect distillation process is proposed in this paper.Double-effect distillation process can ensure the wastewater up to the state standard and realize the resource utilization of ammonia nitrogen.When it produces 10%wt ammonia water,it can save the refrigerant circulation water amount of 54.3% and save steam heat source amount of 36%.When it produces 30%wt ammonia water,it can save the cooling load amount of 44.5% and save steam heat source amount 29.8%.At the same time,it can reduce the heating steam grade and refrigerant grade,reduce operating costs.Heat-pump distillation process is proposed in this paper.Heat-pump distillation process can ensure the wastewater up to the state standard and realize the resource utilization of ammonia nitrogen.When it produces 10%wt ammonia water,it can save the refrigerant circulation water amount of 56.8% and save steam heat source amount of 39.4%.When it produces 30%wt ammonia water,it can save the cooling load amount of 86.7% and save steam heat source amount 56.5%.At the same time,it can reduce the heating steam grade and refrigerant grade,reduce operating costs.Some of the energy saving process technology mentioned in this paper is applied to the pilot plant.The part of the energy saving technology used in this paper is applied to the pilot plant,which has a good effect.And the reliability of the research results in this paper is verified... |
