Electrochemical capacitor as a new energy storage device,high power density,long cycle life,low temperature performance is good,safe and reliable,and the advantages of environmental friendly,and has the characteristics of traditional capacitor and battery at the same time and attention.However,there still exist some disadvantages in energy density,which restricts the application in the field of energy storage and power electrochemical capacitor and seriously hindered the application and development of super capacitor.Traditional dielectric capacitor has the advantages of high voltage,only because of its specific capacity is too small,and its application in energy storage is limited.Therefore,the research and development of a high voltage,large capacity,more portable capacitor device is imperative.In this paper,two different types capacitors,the traditional dielectric capacitor and electrochemical capacitor,are combined,designed a kind of hybrid capacitor give attention to both the advantages of these two types capacitor.The dielectric-electrochemical hybrid capacitor not only has the high voltage characteristics of the traditional dielectric capacitor,but also can keep the large capacity advantages of electrochemical capacitor.This paper respectively use aluminum electrolytic capacitor anodic foil(Al/Al2O3),titanium foil load the barium titanate thermal water layer(Ti/BaTiO3),aluminum load barium titanate thin film(Al/BaTiO3)as the anode material,with aluminum load activated carbon coating(Al/AC)as cathode,use high-voltage aluminum electrolytic capacitor electrolyte(S330),with coiling or folding plate assembly,and use aluminum-plastic film packaging,respectively,the preparation dielectric-electrochemical hybrid capacitor of the Al/Al2O3‖ AC/Al type,Ti/BaTiO3‖ AC/Al type,Al/BaTiO3‖ AC/Al type.The morphology and structure of the different electrode material and the electrochemical properties of different types hybrid capacitor were characterized and analyzed,to study the morphology structure of different electrode materials affect the performance of electrochemical hybrid capacitor.(1)Subject to the goods aluminum electrolytic capacitor anodic foil(Al/Al2O3)as anode material,with aluminum load activated carbon coating(Al/AC)as cathode,high-voltage S330 as electrolyte,assembled into winding type flexible packaging in the form of winding Al/Al2O3 ‖ AC/Al type aluminum electrolytic-electrochemical hybrid capacitor.The hybrid capacitor working voltage can achieve 105 V,the capacitance is 580 μF,leakage current is 21 μA,dissipation factor is 0.2.Compared with the conventional electrochemical capacitor,the hybrid capacitor voltage was improved;Compared with the ordinary aluminum electrolytic capacitor,voltage is close,capacity has doubled and redoubled.Thus the capacitor energy storage density is greatly enhanced.Through calculation,the gravimetric energy density of the hybrid capacitor is 0.49 Wh/kg,which is more than two times of the same specification aluminum electrolytic capacitor(0.23 Wh/kg).Electrochemical test results show that the hybrid capacitor have high energy storage density,fast charge-discharge performance,excellent performance and small leakage current;The alternating current impedance results analysis showed that its excellent impedance and frequency characteristics.(2)With the goods titanium foil as substrate,using both chemical oxidation and anodic oxidation method prepared titanium base TiO2 oxide layer;The titanium base BaTiO3 layer is preparation by hydrothermal reaction under conditions of 0.1 mol/L Ba(OH)2,and Ti/BaTiO3 is as anode;With aluminum base activated carbon coating(Al/AC)as cathode,using a high-voltage aluminum electrolytic capacitor electrolyte(S330),they are assembled flaky Ti/BaTiO3 ‖ AC/Al type ceramic dielectric-electrochemical hybrid capacitor.Experiments show that:the best way to oxidation of titanium foil is anodic oxidation,and the best time of anode oxidation is 75 min;It also shows that the hybrid capacitor samples prepared by anode oxidation 75 min can withstand voltage 200 V,under the 120 Hz,the capacitance can reach 126.6 μF,dissipation factor is 0.45,higher than that performance parameters of chemical oxidation system;The gravimetric energy density is 0.25 Wh/kg,which is two times of chemical oxidation system(0.12Wh/kg),and more than ten times the goods SMD ceramic capacitor.(3)With the polymer Polyvinylidene Fluoride(PVDF)of excellent dielectric and piezoelectric properties as dispersant,using ball mill method mix goods nanoscale BaTiO3 and PVDF,and stretch film coated with barium titanate thin film,adhesion to aluminum foil,as anode,with aluminum base activated carbon electrode assemble into flaky type Al/BaTiO3‖AC/Al type ceramic dielectricelectrochemical hybrid capacitor.Experiments show that:when the mass ratio of BaTiO3 and PVDF is 7:1,BaTiO3 nanoparticles dispersion is best in barium titan ate thin film,and it is more smooth than the film surface of other samples;with 7:1 mass ratio,the preparation of the Al/BaTiO3‖ AC/Al type ceramic dielectric-electrochemical hybrid capacitor has good electrochemical performance.
