This paper mainly include the following content:1.With industrial oxygen titanium sulfate as raw material,TiO(OH)2and Na4TiO4 were synthesized as different precursors,which has a good dispersion,permeability,and stability.The nanometer titanium dioxide sol were prepared by peptizing method,discussing the peptizing conditions of two different precursors,characterized by granularity analyzer,IR,SEM and XRD.The optimum conditions:The concentration of TiO(OH)2 is 1.20 mol/L,H+/TiO2 is 0.8,the peptizing time is 60min,the peptizing temperature is 70℃,the particle size of the product is36.98nm;The concentration of Na4TiO4 is 0.8 mol/L,H+/TiO2 is 0.8,the peptizing time is 90min,the peptizing temperature is 90℃,the particle size of the product is 32.05nm.2.Activated carbon supported nano TiO2 composite materials were synthesized by impregnation method,with nanometer titanium dioxide sol(prepared by peptizing method,TiO(OH)2 as precursors)and activated carbon as raw material,discussing the optimum condition,characterizing the product.The optimum conditions were confirmed by photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange test,and the results shows that the optimum soak time of activated carbon is 4h,the best volume of titanium dioxide sol is 5m L per 1g activated carbon.Only in this contition,the prepared composite material has good regular structure and degradation effect3.Hydroxy aluminium supported oxide nano TiO2 composite materials were synthesized by hydrothermal method,with lab homemade hydroxy aluminium oxide and nanometer titanium dioxide solprepared by peptizing method,TiO(OH)2 as precursors as raw material,discussing the optimum condition,characterizing the product.The optimum conditions were confirmed by photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange test,and the results shows that the optimum mass ratio between hydroxy aluminium oxide and titanium dioxide sol is 5:5,hydrothermal temperature and calcination temperature are all 150℃.In the synthesis process of the composite material,which is the amorphous structure,chemical reaction is involved.
