| Millettia pachycarpa is a perennial climbing shrub belonging to the genus Millettia(Leguminosae).It is mainly distributed in the tropical and subtropical regions of the world.In China,it is mainly distributed in Fujian,Yunnan and Guangxi provinces and has been used as an anthelminthic,a medication capable of causing the evacuation of parasitic intestinal worms.M.pachycarpa is well known to be a rich reservoir of bioactive flavonoids,which exhibited various biological activities including antioxidant activity,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti-microbial and significant cytotoxic effects.In order to reserach the antioxidants of M.pachycarpa,the ethyl extract of 75%ethanol extract from the roots of M.pachycarpa was separated under the guidance of the antioxidant activity in this dissertation.23 compounds were isolated by column chromatograph on silical gel,Sephadex LH-20,MCI,P-HPLC.Finally,their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic methods(UV,1HNMR,13C NMR and ESI-MS).They were determined to be pachycarpaone(H1),7,3’-dihydroxy-5’-methoxy isoflavone(H2),liquiritigenin(H3),calycosin(H4),genistein(H5),3’-O-Methylorobol(H6),formononetin(H7),7,4’-dihydroxyisoflavone(H8),pratensein(H9),5,7,3’-trihydroxy-5’-methylisoflavone(H10),garbanzol(H11),lupiwighteone(H12),isocarthamidin(H13),apigenin(H14),apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(H15),(-)-catechin(H16),(-)-epicatechin(H17),2α,3α-epoxy-5,7,3’,4’-tetrahydroxyflavan-(4/3-8-catechin)(H18),2β(3β-epoxy-5,7,3’,4’-tetrahydroxyflavan-(4α-8)-epicatechin(H19),2α,3α-epoxy-5,7,3’,4’-tetrahydroxy flavan-(4β-8)-epicatechin(H20),5-methoxy-8,8-dimethyl-8H-pyrano[3,2-g]chromen-4-one(H21),rotenolone(H22),protocatechuate(H23).Compound H1 was preliminary identified as the new compound by searching data-base of SciFinder Scholar,compound H18,H19,H20 were isolated from this plant for the first time.Some species of the genus Mallotus Lour.(Euphorbiaceae)have been used in traditional medicine,many bioactive activities of the plants in the genus,such as anti-atherosclerosis,choleretic,hepatoprotective,antioxidant,analgesic activities have been reported.However,there are fewer reports about the biological activity and the chemical composition of Mallotus conspurcatus.In this dissertation,the butanol extract of 75%ethanol extract from the leafs of M.conspurcatus was separated,22 compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatograph on silical gel,macroporous resin,Sephadex LH-20,MCI,P-HPLC.Finally,their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic methods(UV,1HNMR,13C NMR and ESI-MS).They were determined to beconspurcatus A(G1),blumenol B(G2),blumenol A(G3),herbacetin-7-O-βD-glucopyranoside(G4),herbacetin-3-O-β-Dgalactopyranosyloxy(G5),herbacetin-7-O-β-D-galactopyranosyloxy(G6),herbacetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(G7),6-hydroxykaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucoside(G8),kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucoside(G9),kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside(G10),apigenin(G11),apigenin-7-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranosid(G12),2,4-Dihydroxy,5-methoxy-cinnamic acid(G13),trans-p-coumaric acid(G14),ethyl trans-p-coumaric hydroxyl cinnamate(G15),bergaptol(G16),1-ribityl-2,3-diketo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-6,7-dimethyl-quinoxaline(G17),malloapeltine(G18),n-Octacosane(G19).Compound G1 was preliminary identified as the new compound by searching data-base of SciFinder Scholar,compounds G2,G3,G13,G14,G15,G16,G17,G18 were isolated from this plant for the first time. |
