The rigid polyurethane foam was prepared with one step method. It wasstudied that the influence of two kinds of catalysts(A33, DABCO8154) on thesystem of foaming time as well as the mechanical properties (such ascompressive strength and flexural strength), the bubble pore structure, density,heat performance of RPUF. The results show that the foaming time wasshortened by the increase of two kinds of catalysts contents, but DABCO8154compared with conventional catalysts A33, it significantly extended thefoaming time. Average foaming time extension is about40seconds Theextension of foaming time foaming reaction was very good for foamingreaction. Through the performance test, the results show that when the catalystA33in addition amount was0.7, and the catalyst DABCO8154added quantityfor0.5, density of RPUF were0.1324g cm-3、0.1596g cm-3, compressionstrength were1.38MPa、1.47MPa, bending strength were1.13MPa、1.28MPa.It was studied that the influence of different polyol mixed with polyetherpolyol TMN450respectively on RPUF. Research results found each ratio ofthe combined systems respectively, TMN450/GE210=90/10,TMN450/GEP330N=90/10,TMN450/PS3152=80/20,TMN450/TMN350=80/2 0, compression strength of the products were1.56MPa、1.51MPa、1.88MPa、1.64MPa, impact strength were1.52KJ m-2、1.59KJ m-2、1.65KJ m-2、1.5KJ m-2,including TMN450/GEP330N system, the products mechanicalperformance was very bad, considering TMN450/PS3152distribution system,product performance was the best.It was studied that the influence of two kinds of hydroxyl-terminatedliquid rubber HTBN and HTPB on RPUF. THE mechanical properties, porestructure, water absorption and the dynamic rheological properties on RPUFwas investigated. The results show that when the content of HTBN and HTPBwere20and10respectively, the bending strength of the products were2.74MPa、2.47MPa, impact strength were2.1KJ m-2、1.98KJ m-2,Overallconsideration, a moderate amount of hydroxyl-terminated liquid rubber madetoughness and strength of products improved.It was studied that two kinds of epoxy resin(E54,E44) modifiedpolyurethane rigid foam respectively. Based on the product performance test,the results show that the E54and E44added amount of20and30respectively,the product performance was better, but with the increase of adding amount ofepoxy resin, the bibulous rate became bigger.
