In this paper, the problems of difficult recovery and low visible light catalytic activity of nano-TiO2 catalysts are addressed, the NiFe2O4-CoFe2O4/TiO2/reduced graphite oxide three-dimensional particle electrode was prepared, and the simulated printing and dyeing wastewater:Rhodamine B and Malachite Green solution were degraded by photocatalytic oxidation method.Taking the efficiency of degrading simulated printing and dyeing wastewater as an index, the process conditions for preparing three-dimensional particle electrode materials, such as the proportion of Co,the preparation method, and the calcination temperature, were optimized. The results show that when the proportion of Co is 0.2,when the sol-gel method is used, and the calcination temperature is 500?,the prepared particle electrode has better UV photocatalytic performance.SEM results show that the three-dimensional particle electrode has a porous and sparse structure with obvious grain morphology and high dispersion.BET analysis and calculation showed that the specific surface area of the particle electrode was 124.1 m~2/g.Using rhodamine B and malachite green solutions to simulate dye wastewater, the experiments were carried out by controlling parameters such as applied voltage, dosage of particle electrode, initial concentration of organic dye and initial p H value. The results show that:when the applied voltage is 9 V and the dosage of NiFe2O4-CoFe2O4/TiO2/reduced graphite oxide three-dimensional particle electrode is 10 g/L,the photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B solution with an initial concentration of12 mg/L and p H=3,the complete degradation rate was 99.24%within 120 min when first used, and after 4 cycles, the complete degradation efficiency within 90 min still reached 91.47%.When the applied voltage intensity was 10 V,the dosage of NiFe2O4-CoFe2O4/TiO2/reduced graphite oxide three-dimensional particle electrode was 10 g/L,and the photocatalytic degradation of malachite green solution with initial concentration of 10 mg/L and p H=5 was achieved for the first time. The complete degradation rate was 99.72%within 120 min of use,and after 4 cycles, the complete degradation rate was 90.21%within 90 min..
