Automatic cloth sewing machine is an essential pre dyeing equipment in the production process of printing and dyeing enterprises.It acts on the first link of pre dyeing process.It can automatically connect two or more rolls of cloth to speed up the production efficiency of pre dyeing process.Entrusted by a printing and dyeing enterprise in Zhejiang,this subject designs and studies an automatic sewing machine for cloth,which aims to reduce the production cost of printing and dyeing enterprises and meet the needs of automatic production in cloth receiving link.The specific research contents are as follows:Functional analysis and structural design of automatic cloth sewing machine.Put forward the functional requirements,operation requirements and main parameter indexes of the device.By analyzing the process links,the overall structure of the device was designed.At the same time,complete the selection and design of motor,sensor,frame and other key parts.Working principle and Realization of key mechanism of sewing machine.Based on the overall structure design of automatic head sewing machine,the working principle and implementation process of key mechanisms in the device,including automatic head finding mechanism of head sewing machine,tail length compensation and flattening mechanism and head sewing mechanism,are analyzed.Static analysis of key parts.Through static simulation analysis,pre verify whether the stress and maximum deformation of the distribution splint and tail allowance compensation mechanism under the specified static load conditions meet the allowable requirements of the equipment,or whether its structural strength and stiffness meet the working requirements and exist in a certain optimization space,so as to ensure the reliability of its structure.The results show that the maximum deformation and maximum stress of the cloth splint and cloth tail allowance compensation mechanism were within the design requirements,which can ensure the normal operation of the sewing head device.Dynamic stability analysis of the device.The dynamic stability of the device was analyzed according to the influencing factors in the unwinding process.The vibration model of sewing machine was established,and the free vibration response of sewing machine without damping and with damping was obtained respectively.The forced vibration of sewing machine under arbitrary exciting force of cloth coil was analyzed,and the total response vibration differential equation was obtained;Simplify the vibration model of the sewing machine,do modal analysis on the vibration model,and get its first six natural frequencies and vibration modes.On this basis,the response spectrum analysis of the sewing machine was further carried out,and the displacement nephogram and equivalent stress nephogram of the device in the X,Y and Z directions were obtained.The response spectrum analysis results show that the sewing machine was little affected in the process of cloth roll rotation and can operate stably.
