With the accelerated pace of modern life and the increasing pressure of life,some of the bad emotions that occur are not digested in time,which can seriously affect a person's mental outlook and physical health.The group of students in higher education,faced with increased academic and employment difficulties,is prone to negative emotional states such as tension and depression,and is highly susceptible to emotional disorders.Depression and suicide among university students are a growing concern in society.It is important to know how to identify and monitor adverse emotions before they develop into emotional disorders.In today's rapidly developing world of artificial intelligence,new technologies such as computers and wireless communications have led to the rapid development of smart clothing.The functions of smart clothing in sports monitoring,physiological signal monitoring,etc.are becoming more and more mature,but the research on smart clothing with emotion recognition function is still relatively few.As the rigid demand of consumers,clothing has the unparalleled advantages of other wearable devices such as softness,comfort,and long-term wear.It is an ideal platform for long-term daily monitoring of emotional state.As an important part of smart textiles,optical fibers have both light-emitting properties and fabric flexibility,and are widely used in light-emitting and colorchanging clothing and home textiles.This subject combines fiber-optic fabric and smart clothing to develop a smart jacket with emotion recognition function based on ECG signals.It is designed to identify the emotional state of the human body,and cause the color change of the fiber optic clothing according to the identified emotional state,effectively visualising the psychological emotions,and achieve the purpose of monitoring changes in human mood.The research content and results mainly include the following four aspects.(1)Acquisition of ECG data.Using the Chinese Emotional Image Material Library as the stimulus material.An ECG data set for 24 subjects and a long-term ECG data set for 1 subject were established,including calm,happy,sad,angry and happy emotional states.The study uses calm emotion data as a baseline to normalize e the target emotion,and noise reduction was applied to the acquired ECG signal to extract a total of 13 eigenvalues in the time domain,frequency domain and non-linear features of heart rate variability.(2)Emotion recognition based on electrocardiographic signals.A machine learning method for emotion recognition based on ECG signals is proposed,and the extracted features are selected and processed using principal component analysis.This study uses algorithms such as support vector machines,decision trees and extreme gradient boosting for emotion classification.The method validates the effectiveness of recognising emotions based on ECG signals and can be applied to smart wearable electronic devices to identify and determine the emotional state of the wearer.(3)The construction of an intelligent luminous system for emotion recognition.This includes the analysis of the functional requirements of the system,the selection of the hardware,the design of the software program code and the connection of the circuits to achieve the envisaged functionality.The function of the emotion recognition intelligent luminous clothing is to carry out emotion recognition based on the monitored ECG signal.The result of the recognition is used as the basis for controlling the change of color of the smart fibre optic garment.The color of the garment changes for different emotional states,playing a certain monitoring role.(4)Design of emotion recognising smart fibre optic clothing.This includes the side luminous treatment of fibre optic fabrics and the design and production of smart garments.Development of smart garments based on the principles of designability,functionality,detachability and comfort of smart garments.The intelligent lightemitting system is concealed in the back structure of the garment,and the fibre-optic fabric is placed in the area of the garment sleeve.It enables pre-defined functions to be achieved without compromising the comfort and aesthetics of the garment.The study concludes with a functional test and subjective evaluation of the emotion recognition smart fibre-optic garment.The smart garment designed and developed in this study has a certain reliable practicality in daily life emotion recognition applications.In this paper,an intelligent fibre-optic garment for emotion recognition based on ECG signals is developed through emotion induction experiments and emotion recognition algorithm research.It is a combination of smart sensing device,fibre optic fabric and clothing has been researched and designed.With the continuous development of emerging technologies,the emotion recognition smart luminous clothing not only plays an important role in emotion recognition,but also provides a strong and reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of emotional diseases.In the future,it can also be applied to various aspects such as remote education,criminal investigation and interrogation,and behavioural assistance.
