Research On Bankruptcy And Reorganization Of Zombie Enterprises ——Taking Chongqing Iron And Steel As An Example

Since the 12 th five-year plan period,China's economy has accumulated a number of irrational structural problems,mainly reflected in the steel industry as the representative of the industrial sector,these industries serious overcapacity,inefficient allocation of resources and other issues have become increasingly prominent.With the continuous improvement of the supply chain of China's economic development,some large-scale state-owned enterprises have taken up national resources and other problems hindering economic development,and a large number of “Zombie Enterprises”have started to appear in the market,zombie enterprises to steel,glass,non-ferrous metals,cement and other overcapacity industries.It is a problem and key to reforming state-owned enterprises.The production of zombie enterprises and our country's current needs are seriously approached,there are still a lot of state resources,overproduction and other problems.If we allow Zombie enterprises to continue to “Kidnap”the government and the bank,will certainly affect supply-side structural reform.Secondly,Zombie enterprises will increase with the increase of debt,causing a series of social problems such as employee unemployment,affecting bank loans and so on.In order to push forward the supply-side structural reform,Zombie enterprises need to be reformed or reorganized reasonably,so that they can be transformed or retired normally.Therefore,clearing up Zombie enterprises is the focus of promoting the reform of the supply system,which is related to the country's economic development.In this thesis,by studying the concept of Zombie enterprises at home and abroad,the reasons for their emergence,the ways of liquidation and withdrawal,and the development of enterprises in the later stage,the relevant theories of bankruptcy and reorganization have been deeply studied,Providing a theoretical basis for the bankruptcy of Chongqing Iron and Steel and the restructuring of the "significant and unprecedented" bankruptcy structure of Chongqing Iron and Steel will first come from an external perspective,industry characteristics,internal advantages and disadvantages and resource integration,this thesis analyzes the causes of Chongqing Iron and steel group becoming a Zombie Enterprise,the ways and processes of bankruptcy and reorganization,and through the evaluation of the enterprise management after reorganization,then,the performance evaluation after the reorganization is conducted to analyze whether the transformation is successful or not,and to provide replicable examples for solving the deep-seated institutional mechanism problems of state-owned enterprises and other Zombie enterprises in our country,explore a listed companies,large enterprises,traditional industries and other complex factors superimposed on the reform of state-owned enterprises.
