With the development of my country's logistics and transportation industry,the comprehensive promotion of national infrastructure and the implementation of national six environmental protection laws and regulations,the automobile is toward the development of intelligence,lightweight,environmental protection,rubber suspension give full play to the advantages of light rubber quality,vibration damping performance is gradually applied.The research on the fatigue performance of rubber spring,the key component of rubber suspension,is helpful for rubber suspension to be applied and promoted more widely,and has practical research significance and value.This article mainly introduces the development of rubber suspension for automobile,and describes characteristics of rubber springs,types of rubber springs,and selection of rubber materials.Finite element method simulation analysis was carried out by FEM analysis.According to the correlation study on the whole process of product performance requirements,the characteristics of each process are related to the fatigue performance experimental design,and are identified by verification of bench test and vehicle loading test and research process and feedback.This time,the structural design,material design,and production process design of the rubber spring were completed,and the rubber spring research and development cycle was shortened,and the rubber spring research development and enterprise development and production experience were accumulated.Mass production of rubber springs: analysis and testing of vulcanized and metal bonded vulcanization processes can be used as a reference of subsequent research.This topic has completed the structural design,material design and production process design of a rubber spring,shortened the rubber spring research and development cycle,accumulated rubber spring research and development and production experience for enterprises,and at the same time,the in-depth study of the process for rubber spring mass production consistency to lay a solid foundation.In this topic,the analysis and test of the rubber mixing sequence on the material properties,the analysis and test of the rubber and metal bonding properties,the analysis and test of the vulcanization process on the rubber and metal bonding properties can be used as a reference for subsequent research.
