In the heat treatment industry,the control accuracy and stability of equipment play a vital role in the quality of heat treatment products.Carburizing process is a very important process in heat treatment process.It is directly related to the quality of heat treatment products,so it is very important to accurately control the carbon potential in the furnace.This paper takes the multi-purpose furnace group control system of a factory as the research object,mainly studies the design of multi-purpose furnace group distributed control system based on OMRON PLC and industrial computer,and the design of multi-purpose furnace carbon potential controller based on Variable Universe Fuzzy PID control.Firstly,the composition of multi-purpose furnace production line,the structure and working principle of controllable atmosphere multi-purpose furnace,and the composition and control principle of carburizing system are introduced.Then it describes how to design a multi-purpose furnace carbon potential controller based on Variable Universe Fuzzy PID control.The simulation results show that the variable universe fuzzy PID control strategy is better than the traditional PID control strategy for the carbon potential control of multi-purpose furnace.Finally,the carbon potential control system is built by Using OMRON PLC and industrial computer,and the two algorithms are compared.The factory experiments show that the control performance of variable universe fuzzy PID controller is better than that of PID controller.This paper provides a complete and efficient distributed control system solution for multipurpose furnaces.Based on the actual project,this paper comprehensively introduces the functions of the multi-purpose furnace group control system,designs and implements the equipment selection,network construction,PLC programming and industrial computer configuration software programming of the control system.Omron CPU c200he-cpu32-e is used as the controller,and the upper computer control system is configured.The process control and variable universe fuzzy PID carbon potential controller of the multi-purpose furnace group control system are programmed.
