As a highly strategic energy source,oil plays a huge role in national defense,transportation,military and other fields.Pipeline transportation is a relatively common method used in the storage and transportation of petroleum resources.During the long-distance storage and transportation of pipelines,it is very easy to cause wear and corrosion by the medium,and it is very easy to cause defects on the surface of the pipeline,or even leakage,and the safety of the pipeline.It is already related to the strategic development of the country.Aiming at the safety of pipelines,this paper proposes and designs a magnetic flux leakage detection device for petroleum pipeline defects based on FPGA.The main function of the oil pipeline defect leakage detection device designed in this thesis is to collect the magnetic leakage signal generated by the pipeline defect site,and store the magnetic leakage signal and the mileage signal to determine the location of the pipeline defect in Nand Flash,and use USB2.0 technology to upload the stored data to the host computer after the detection device is removed from the pipeline.First of all,this paper analyzes the development status of MFL detection technology at home and abroad and the development status of MFL detection equipment for pipeline detection,analyzes the causes of the formation of the magnetic flux leakage field,and introduces the method of finite element simulation,using Comsol Multiphysics software to detect pipelines.Magnetic field simulation is performed on the defect site.After that,according to the principle of magnetic leakage detection and the structure of the detection device,the overall design scheme of the magnetic leakage signal detection device was formulated,and a hardware platform was built,and the FPGA was used as the main control chip to control the AD7490 to collect and store the leakage signal in Flash,and the interactive part of the data used the USB2.0 bus transmission method,and the FX2 chip was used to realize the communication between the FPGA and the host computer.This thesis mainly describes in detail the principle of magnetic flux leakage detection,the design of system hardware circuit,and the design of software logic circuit,and finally build the overall test system,completed the test of the various modules and the overall function of the magnetic leakage detection device,and the test results are accurate,can completely display the magnetic leakage signal,meet the functional requirements,and have certain reference significance for the development of other magnetic leakage detection devices.
