Inconel718 nickel-based alloy material has the advantages of corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and impact resistance. It is the most widely used superalloy material and is often used in aero-engines,medical equipment, new energy power generation, chemical and chemical industries.Such materials are usually used in high temperature environments and under the coupling action of complex mechanical loads.Major accidents caused by material failure and damage under extreme working conditions often occur. The important reason is that the damage mechanism of the material is not clear, and it is difficult to achieve strict quality control. Therefore,it is necessary to focus on testing and evaluating the mechanical properties of Inconel718 nickel-based alloys. At this stage, there is a lack of in-situ testing research on the mechanical properties of Inconel718 nickel-based alloys based on digital image correlation method in different temperature environments. This paper comprehensively analyzes the research status of insitu testing technology, testing instruments and Inconel718 nickel-based alloys at home and abroad. After comprehensive analysis,a mathematical model of biaxial tension synchronous control is established, and relevant tests are carried out to verify the system stability of the static and dynamic mechanical loading module. In this paper,a strain measurement system based on digital image correlation(DIC)is developed, and the three parts of the system hardware composition, core algorithm and software architecture are emphasized.Benchmarking tests and related expansion research are carried out on the chemical strain measurement system.Based on the principles of tensile testing, bending testing,high-temperature tensile testing and high-temperature pre-stretching-bending testing, combined with optical microscopy techniques, the characterization, deformation mechanism and microstructure change laws of Inconel718 nickel-based alloy specimens were investigated. The effect of loading rate on the mechanical properties of Inconel718nickel-based alloy samples;the tensile test and pre-tension-bending test of Inconel718nickel-based alloy at different temperatures were carried out by using a high-temperature strain measurement system, and the bending of the sample was calculated using a new theoretical method Deflection and flexural stiffness to explore the effect of temperature on the tensile mechanical properties of Inconel 718 nickel-based alloys.
