Granular food quantitative packaging machine is used to complete the packaging of the specified weight of granular food materials,and has a wide range of applications in the food packaging industry.At present,the quantitative dispensing machine for granular food in the range of 200-5000g needs to be manually debugged by installation and debugging personnel and front-line production workers according to the material and target weight.If the material is replaced or the target weight is changed,the parameters need to be readjusted,and the operation is cumbersome.For the workers who actually operate the equipment in the factory,the operation is difficult and the threshold for use is high.The cumbersome equipment operation,high threshold for use,and lack of parameter debugging methods and processes are the main problems faced at this stage.In view of the above problems,this paper conducts the following research.First of all,analyze the working principle of the quantitative dispensing machine for granular food,focus on the electromagnetic vibration feeder(referred to as:electric vibration machine)and its control principle,the key components that affect the dispensing accuracy.Key parameters of machine feeding performance:amplitude,baffle height,vibration frequency and vibration direction angle.Secondly,through the experimental research and simulation research of the electric vibration machine under different parameters,the quantitative packing law of the electric vibration machine with the change of amplitude,baffle height,vibration frequency,and vibration direction angle is explored.A series of mathematical models such as quadratic,high-order,Gaussian and Boltzmann are used to compare and analyze the data.The research results show that:the quantitative dispensing speed and material punching value of the electro-vibration machine change with the increase of the amplitude as a quadratic polynomial curve,with the change of the height of the baffle,as a linear change,with the increase of the vibration frequency,as a quadratic polynomial curve,with the vibration direction angle.The change is a quadratic polynomial curve;at the end of the feeding,some materials will be flushed out due to inertia,and the flushing value is fluctuating.Under the condition of plate height,the fluctuation of the punch-out value is small,the standard deviation is small,and it is relatively stable.Again,modeling and experimental verification are carried out.Using the above research rules,the key points of the amplitude parameters were sampled for different materials,and the Origin tool was used to perform quadratic polynomial fitting on the sampling points,and the mathematical model of the relationship between the amplitude and the feeding of the electric vibrator was obtained.The parameters of the control panel are set according to the feeding data and the above relationship model,and are verified by quantitative dispensing experiments.The experimental results show that the dispensing accuracy meets the design requirements.Finally,reasonable suggestions for the design and production of quantitative sub-installers and specific methods and steps for installation and debugging are put forward,which provides reference for design and production personnel,and also provides debugging guidance for installation and debugging personnel and factory operators.
