For mechanically robust and healable supramolecular polymers, most of them exhibit low crack resistance and brittle fracture due to the conflict between stiffness and toughness.Above problem seriously hinders the application of such materials.Inspired by the microstructure of dragonfly wings, this article prepared a series of stiff yet rough self-healing nanocomposites(SPM)from the perspective of molecular design and structure construction. In this paper,Transition metal carbides/ carbonitrides(MXene)nanosheets containing multiple functional groups and supramolecular glassy polymers(SP)with 2-urea-4H-pyrimidinone(UPy)groups were produced.Compared with SP,the fracture toughness and Flexural strength of SPM are increased by 54.3 and 25.0 times, respectively. In addition,SPM also has excellent thermal stability, high electromagnetic shielding performance and can respond to near-infrared light for repairing.Based on the above characteristics, this work produced a sheet that can effectively protect the single-chip microcomputer from electromagnetic shielding interference, which paves the way for the practical application of supramolecular polymers under harsh conditions.
