With the aggravation of water pollution,new catalytic materials and new techniques for wastewater treatment are urgency required.The traditional water treatment methods used in industry have some problems like secondary pollution.In recent years,nanoporous metals have developed as potential materials for degradation of wastewater.The advantages of large specific surface area and large amount of active sites make them have unique advantages in the field of wastewater treatment.They can not only be used as a new Fenton reagent,but also be used in the field of photocatalytic degradation of pollutants in wastewater.Therefore,Nanoporous Copper(NPCu)as heterogeneous Fenton agent has been prepared by dealloying method,in order to improve advanced oxidation process.Copper oxide composite photocatalysts and zinc oxide/Nanoporous Copper composite materials were fabricated by thermal oxidation and electrodeposition respectively.Suitable band structure photocatalysts were designed to improve the photocatalytic degradation performance of the composite materials.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)NPCu was prepared from Ti40.6Zr9.4Cu40.6Ni6.3Sn3.1 amorphous alloy precursor by dealloying.NPCu was used as a new hetrojeneous Fenton like agent to degradate MO in advanced oxidation process.The effects of initial pH,catalyst dosages and H2O2 concentration on the degradation process were studied.The effect of capture agent and ultrasonic wave on the degradation process was studied,and the degradation mechanism of NPCu as Fenton like agent was discussed.(2)Cu2O/CuO composites were prepared by thermal oxidation strategy on the matrix of NPCu.Then the composites were modified with the addition of g-C3N4 to prepare Cu2O/CuO/g C3N4 composite.The degradation performance and stability were studied towards the degradation of MO.The results illustrate that the degradation behavior of the composite to MO was related to the phase ratio in the composite.The trapping agent experiment was carried out and the corresponding photocatalytic mechanism was proposed.(3)Zn O@NPCu composite was prepared by electrochemical constant current deposition based on NPCu.The photocatalytic degradation process to MO of Zn O@NPCu was investigated,and the energy band structure of Zn O@NPCu composite was obtained by DRS and M-S methods.The mechanism of photocatalytic degradation process of Zn O@NPCu composite material was discussed.
