With the rapid development of economic construction,aquaculture industry is also improving the level of development.The high density and intensive transformation of the farming mode lead to serious water pollution.With the accumulation of residual bait,excreta and organic debris,the situation of eutrophication of water body becomes more and more serious,the frequency of animal diseases becomes higher,and the economic loss of aquaculture industry becomes more and more serious.Health prevention and control and improvement of water environment determine whether aquaculture industry can develop healthily.The traditional physical and chemical treatment of aquaculture water also requires secondary treatment of aquaculture water,so exploring the biological friendly treatment of aquaculture water is the only way to develop aquaculture industry.In this paper,wax-based porous microbial wastewater treatment agent was prepared by using soybean wax and microcrystalline wax as raw materials and using immobilized microbial technology and granulation technology.It has a good application prospect to treat aquaculture water with wax as porous carrier material.Finally,the prepared wastewater treatment agent was applied to the aquaculture water,and the physical and chemical indexes of water quality were detected,and the performance of wax-based porous microbial wastewater treatment agent was further studied.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)In order to determine the addition amount of each raw material,a series of sewage treatment agent samples are prepared and used to treat simulated sewage.The addition amount of raw materials is optimized according to the water quality test results.The optimal formulation of the treatment agent was used to treat the aquaculture water,the biofilm was detected to screen the bacteria and microorganisms,and the nutrients required for the growth of microorganisms were mixed with bio polyester and diatomite to prepare nutrient particles.(2)The final wax based porous microbial sewage treatment agent was prepared by heating the optimized carrier materials and nutrient particles in a water bath at 80 ?.The structure and properties of the treatment agent were characterized by structure analysis and water quality detection.Hole structure size ranges from 20?90 ?m.larger than the bacterial diameter 0.5?5 ?m.It can provide suitable living space for bacteria and microorganisms.The porosity is 22.8 %?30.9 %,which is conducive to material exchange with water.By Adding Poly quaternary ammonium salt to modify the polymer,the hydrophilic property of the surface is improved,which is more conducive to microbial film.Rich surface roughness increases the contact area between bacterial cells and the interface,enhances the adhesion of bacteria,and promotes the formation and growth of biofilm.(3)By testing the water quality of the aquaculture pond,it was found that the p H value,ammonia nitrogen,nitrate,nitrite and other related water quality indicators of the aquaculture pond could be reduced after the microbial sewage treatment agent was added.In this paper,the wax based porous microbial sewage treatment agent was prepared by immobilized microbial technology.Its application in aquaculture ponds can improve the water quality of aquaculture ponds and make a new breakthrough in improving aquaculture water.
