| Combustible gas explosion seriously endanger our production and life,in order to inhibit the propagation of the explosion,reduce the scope of the explosion to minimize the degree of harm,it is particularly important to master the laws,characteristics and explosion suppression techniques of combustible gas explosions This paper simulated the explosion in the pipeline,and then introduce a vacuum chamber to study the effect of explosion suppression in the vacuum chamber under different vacuum conditions.In this paper,we combined automatic explosion suppression technology and vacuum explosion suppression technology,and independently designed a new pipe-type explosion detection and vacuum automatic explosion suppression device based on Lab VIEW control system,and introduced the components of the experimental device,the calculation of the explosion pressure in the pipe,and the operation process in detail.A feasibility study of the device was carried out.The explosion of LPG in air was studied for volume fractions of 3%,3.5%,4%,4.5%,5%,5.5%,and 6%,respectively.The results showed that when the volume fraction of LPG was 4.5%,the explosion in the pipe was the most violent,the flame propagation speed is 550m/s,the explosion pressure reached 70 KPa,and all reach the peak.Through the processing and analysis of these experimental data,the results are consistent with the actual situation,confirming that the design of this detection device is reasonable,safe and reliable.In order to study the suppression effect of vacuum chamber on the explosion of LPG in the pipeline under different vacuum conditions,active explosion suppression experiments of vacuum chamber with vacuum levels of-0.02 MPa,-0.03 MPa,-0.04 MPa,-0.05 MPa,-0.06 MPa,-0.07 MPa and-0.08 MPa were carried out.The flame velocity,pressure and pressure decay rate in the pipe,and the degree of explosion damage after the explosion of LPG in the vacuum chamber under different vacuum conditions were analyzed.The results showed that the vacuum chamber can inhibit the explosion in any vacuum condition,so that the flame propagation speed and explosion pressure are reduced.Different vacuum degrees on the suppression effect of the explosion has significantly different.When the vacuum degree is-0.02 MPa,-0.03 MPa,-0.04 MPa,the flame propagation speed decreases,but still can propagate to the end,and the propagation speed to the last section of the pipe is only 0.5m/s.When the vacuum degree is-0.05 MPa and-0.06 MPa,the suppression effect is obviously enhanced,and the flame propagates to the position of the sixth photosensitive sensor and then extinguished.The highest pressure is 6KPa and-1.9KPa respectively.when the vacuum is-0.07 MPa and-0.08 MPa,the suppression effect is enhanced again,the flame can only propagate to the position of the fifth photosensitive sensor,the highest pressure is-5.8KPa and-8KPa respectively. |
