| The development of improving the adsorption performance of adsorbents was one of the research directions of drug separation materials.Most adsorbents had low adsorptivity,such as activated carbon,diatomite,silica gel,C18 filler,PS-DVB filler,etc.The specific modification of adsorbent can improve the adsorption performance of small molecule drugs.Graphene oxide(GO)had attracted extensive attention of researchers in recent years because of its large specific surface area,large delocalizedπelectron system(πsystem)and modifiability.In this study,theπsystem of GO was changed by different electron-withdrawing and electron-donating groups,so that the electrochemical properties and the adsorption performance were changed.This paper expounded from the following two aspects:(1)Using 4-methylphenol,4-acetylaminophenol,2,4-dimethoxybenzoic acid and3,4,5-trifluorophenol as modification groups,electron-withdrawing/donating groups-graphene oxide-oxidized-multiwalled carbon(EWG/EDG-GO-o-MWCNTs)composites were synthesized by esterification and N,N-Dimethylformamideas(DMF)reactionsolventunderthecatalysisof1-(3-Dimethy-laminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydroc(EDC).The changes of the micro morphology of EWG/EDG-GO-o-MWCNTs were found by field emission scanning electron microscope,and the functional group structure of EWG/EDG-GO-o-MWCNTs was analyzed by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and elemental analysis(EDX),which proved the successful synthesis of EWG/EDG-GO-o-MWCNTs composites.(2)Through the characterization of the physical and chemical properties of GO composites,it can be found that the layer spacing of four EWG/EDG-GO-o-MWCNTs was 0.34 nm,and they all had uniform pore size,significantly improved thermal stability and hydrophilic properties.The electrochemical properties of GO composites were studied by three electrode system.The results showed that EWG/EDG-GO-o-MWCNTs showed different CV and EIS properties The static adsorption results of furosemide showed that2,4DMOA-GO-o-MWCNTs showed the highest adsorption rate(26.16μg/m L),while4Ac Ph-GO-o-MWCNTs showed the minimum adsorption rate(10.66μg/m L).All of them were better than those before GO material modification(4.39μg/m L).In this study,EWG/EDG-GO-o-MWCNTs materials showed good adsorption performance and stable electrochemical properties for furosemide,which provided a new research direction for the modification of GO materials to improve the adsorption performance and electrochemical properties. |
