Wire rod is one of the important varieties of steel products.With the continuous improvement of domestic market,the requirements for the quality of wire rod are gradually improved.The accuracy of dimension is an important index for evaluating the quality level of wire products.There are many factors affecting the dimensional accuracy of high-speed wire rod,but the research on technology obviously lags behind the development of equipment.In order to further improve the dimensional accuracy of high-speed wire rod,this paper takes the high-speed wire rod precision rolling process — reducing sizing rolling as the analysis object,and studies the influence of various factors on the dimensional accuracy of wire rod.In this paper,the simulation software is used to simulate the 2-stand reducing sizing rolling of high-speed wire rod with three sizes of ? 19 mm,? 22 mm and ?25mm,and the actual production data measured by diameter measuring instruments are compared.By by adjusting the billet size,the billet shape,friction coefficient,rolling temperature,roll diameter and roll gap and other factors,the interaction between the factors and the quantitative relationship of the size deformation are analyzed,and establish the prediction model of width,hoping to provide reference for the dimensional accuracy control of high-speed wire rod.The results show that:The the billet size change has a great influence on the deformation of the rolled piece and the continuous rolling relationship.The width of the product increases linearly with the increase of the billet size,and the continuous rolling relationship between the stands develops from drawing steel to stacking steel.After the tension is eliminated,every time the billet size changes by 1.0mm,the width of the finished product changes by 0.264 mm,0.256 mm,0.209 mm.Compared with tension rolling,the influence of the change of raw material size on dimensional accuracy becomes smaller in tension-free rolling.In order to obtain higher dimensional accuracy,the billet size adjustment should not cause excessive tension.While the cross-sectional area of the billet remains unchanged,the shape of the billet is changed by changing the long axis and the short axis of the billet.When the size of the billet is larger in the Y direction,the width of the product is larger,and when the size of the billet is larger in the X direction,the width of the product is smaller.Within the range of the shape change of the billet,the continuous rolling relationship changes less.Changes in friction conditions will have a greater impact on the deformation of the rolled piece and the relationship between continuous rolling.The width of the product increases with the increase of the friction coefficient.The rolling between stands develops from tension rolling to stack rolling.During tension-free rolling,when the friction coefficient increases from 0.20 to 0.40,the width of the product increases by 0.79 mm,0.68 mm,and 0.61 mm,respectively.The rolling temperature has little effect on the width of the product and the relationship between continuous rolling.The the billet size,the billet shape,friction coefficient,roll diameter and roll gap have a certain impact on the rolling temperature,but the impact is small.The width of the product increases linearly with the increase of roll diameter and roll gap.Within the given parameter range,the continuous rolling relationship changes little.According to the influence of various factors on the finished product size and the relationship of continuous rolling,three specifications of product dimensional accuracy prediction models are established,and the calculation interface is written in VB.Through comparative analysis,it is found that the difference between the predicted finished product size and the actual finished product size is small,indicating that the prediction model is accurate and reliable.
