Worldwide,the total energy consumption of buildings accounts for one third of the total national energy consumption,among which,the refrigeration technology of air conditioning equipment consumes a lot of energy.The reduction of air conditioning energy consumption needs two aspects: first,there should be a low "cooling" demand for the building,followed by a high efficiency of refrigeration equipment.For buildings with low "cooling" demand,corresponding technical measures should be adopted,among which radiative cooling coating is one of the most effective technical measures for building insulation.It is of great significance to study the thermal properties of radiant reflective heat insulation coatings and to test and analyze the application effect.In this paper,the heat insulation and cooling mechanism of radiant reflective heat insulation coating are discussed,and the effect of radiant reflective heat insulation coating on reducing the exterior surface temperature of buildings is tested and verified.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the main content of this paper,and explains the research background and significance.In the second chapter,the heat insulation and cooling mechanism of radiant reflective heat insulation coating are described,the heat transfer model of envelope is established,and it is calculated that radiant reflective heat insulation coating can reduce the heat flux through the envelope.In the third chapter,the thermal characteristics(reflectivity,emissivity)of the radiant reflective heat insulation coating and the common reflective heat insulation coating on the market are tested.The thermal characteristics of the two coatings are compared and analyzed,and the conclusion is drawn that the cooling ability of the radiant reflective heat insulation coating is better than that of the common reflective heat insulation coating.In the fourth chapter,Chengdu,Zhanjiang and Changsha(Building Intelligent Energy Laboratory of Hunan University)were selected as the experimental sites.Through the experimental test,the cooling effect of the two coatings was also consistent with the reflectivity and emissivity test results of the two coatings in the third chapter.The fifth chapter uses the corresponding software to carry out the experimental analysis on the building model,so as to judge the energy saving performance of the radiant reflective heat insulation coating in Changsha.Compared with the experimental test results,there is sufficient consistency.Then the application effect of radiant reflective heat insulation coating in different climate zones is simulated and analyzed by software,and the best suitable area is determined.The sixth chapter summarizes the main research results of this paper,and puts forward the innovation points and problems of the paper,and puts forward the outlook for the current problems..
