Nickel-based superalloys are widely used in aerospace and shipbuilding industries due to their good high-temperature strength,thermal stability and fatigue resistance.However,nickel-based superalloys are a typical difficult-to-machine material,with poor grinding processability,high grinding force and high grinding temperature during the grinding process;the grinding wheel is prone to sticking and clogging,and it is easy to wear;it has low processing efficiency and high cost.And problems such as poor surface quality.Therefore,how to improve the grinding performance of nickel-based superalloys and solve the problems in the grinding process has always been a concern in the research of nickel-based superalloys.Magnetorheological Glue(MRG)is a new type of intelligent composite material prepared by dispersing magnetic particles into a high-viscosity polymer matrix and supplemented with some additives.Magnetorheological gel is a new type of smart material with typical viscoelastic properties.Its rheological properties are affected by an external magnetic field.With the change of the magnetic field,its rheological properties change continuously,rapidly and reversibly.As an intermediate material of magnetorheological fluid and magnetorheological elastomer,MRG replaces the liquid matrix of magnetorheological fluid with a partially cross-linked high-viscosity polymer matrix to overcome the problem of magnetorheological fluid magnetic particles aggregation and sedimentation.,Has better application stability.At the same time,because the matrix of the MRG can flexibly adjust the rheological properties of the MRG by adjusting the degree of crosslinking of the polymer.The excellent performance of magnetorheological glue makes it have great application potential in many fields.The research content of this article is mainly to design and prepare a magnetic fluid flexible grinding wheel,and use it for grinding test processing;the magnetic fluid flexible grinding wheel is a combination of the controllable characteristics of magnetorheological adhesive and precision grinding.It belongs to an application research of magnetorheological glue in the field of grinding processing;The purpose is to improve the surface quality of the nickel-based superalloy after grinding.This article uses MDI(Methylene diphenyl diisocyanate)and castor oil(CO)as the main synthetic raw materials,supplemented by magnetic particles and additives to synthesize a polyurethane magnetorheological glue.By changing the molar ratio of CO and MDI and the content of magnetic particles during the preparation process,15 groups are prepared.The mechanical and rheological properties of the MRG sample were characterized,and the influence of the molar ratio of CO and MDI and the content of magnetic particles on the mechanical and rheological properties of the polyurethane magnetorheological glue was analyzed.In the 15 groups of samples prepared,the magnetic particle content is 60wt%,and the molar ratio of CO and MDI is 3:2.The storage modulus and shear stress are the highest under the same conditions,and they can reach 1.461 MPa and 1.461 MPa and respectively under 1T magnetic field.34.92 KPa.The magnetorheological effect in the samples prepared at the same time can reach 14233%.After systematically characterizing the mechanical and rheological properties of the magnetorheological glue in the magnetic fluid flexible grinding wheel,the structure of the magnetic fluid flexible grinding wheel was designed,and the electromagnetic magnetic fluid flexible grinding wheel and the permanent magnetic magnetic fluid were designed.Flexible grinding wheel;the magnetic field simulation of the designed structure is carried out to verify the direction of the magnetic field lines and the distribution of the magnetic field in the grinding wheel structure.Finally,after preparing the magnetic fluid flexible grinding wheel,the grinding process of DZ22 was studied,the surface roughness and surface morphology of the grinding process DZ22 were studied.Compared with the results obtained after grinding DZ22 with alumina grinding wheel.
