In recent years,the flexible sensor has widely applicated in intelligent electronic skin,wearable electronic equipment,health care and sports motion as a new type of electronic device at the same time,also has attracted more and more researchers because of its portability,real-time and remote monitoring.In the past few years,with the continuous efforts of electronic scientists to explore,including the resistive sensors,capacitive sensor and all kinds of soft sensor based on the field effect transistor emerge in endlessly,the sensor can be attached with a in all parts of the body,to monitor the movement of the body,pulse,blood pressure,temperature,bend and electromyography and other physiological signals is closely related to human health.With the development of technology and production process,the research and development of flexible sensors are mainly faced with the following problems: the manufacturing process is complex,the integration difficulty is higher than that of rigid sensors,and the production cost is high.In this work,we report a flexible pressure and bending strain integrated sensor based on composite structure via a feasible low-cost fabrication approach.The integrated sensor consists of two functional modules,a bending strain sensing resistor based on polyamide(PI)/ graphite that used serpentine electrode design,and a pressure sensing resistor based on PDMS-expandable microspheres and Ag NWs composite structure.Inset,the bending strain sensing resistor is a porous graphite structure induced by CO2 laser based on PI,and the micro-structure of pressure sensing resistor consists of PDMS-expandable microspheres and Ag NWs mixture.In the test individually,respectively,the bending strain sensor shows a high sensitivity and excellent cycling stability,the pressure sensor has a large measuring range(0?120k Pa)and its sensitivity and measuring range were tunable by control the concentration of Ag NWs.Furthermore,the integrated sensor has no crosstalk between pressure and bending strain response when it attached on the test device,it also shows a pretty good discrimination in the motion monitoring on the wrist.Therefore,the flexible bending strain and pressure integrated sensor will have great potential in the field of sports monitoring and wearable devices.
