| A Company is a fast moving consumer goods manufacturing and sales company.Company a’s Y products are sold in all provinces,cities and districts of China through sales agents.The sales channels are mainly supermarkets,farmers’ markets and community stores.Y products are divided into three levels: high-end,ordinary and popular,as well as small packaging,medium packaging and large packaging.Y products of different grades and specifications have different resource allocation in terms of production and packaging,and the production switching between different SKU requires a long response period.In the order delivery process of A company,the manufacturing center will increase the production batch of the same level and specification to improve the production efficiency;while the sales department hopes to increase the flexibility of production scheduling to improve the order delivery speed and customer satisfaction.The goal and direction of different departments are not unified,which also causes the company’s overall goal of order delivery can not achieve the expected or the best.This paper analyzes and optimizes the order processing process of Y product order delivery in A company,measures the optimization effect by comparing the order delivery cycle and production efficiency before and after optimization,and provides suggestions for subsequent improvement.Guided by the theory of comprehensive relationship flow management,this paper analyzes and redesigns the organizational structure of key departments and the relationship process of all levels in the order processing process,solidifies the information flow content and order processing timeline,and finally realizes the behavior and goal of the order delivery process.In this study,the theory of total relationship flow management is applied to the order delivery process design of Y product of A company,which widens the application scope of total relationship flow management theory,and proposes the order delivery process design framework based on total relationship flow management theory,which provides a new set of tools and methods for order delivery process design. |
