Among many industrial buildings,the smelting work area of forging and casting plant is relatively special.This kind of building not only needs to be produced at high temperature,but also produces harmful gases and dust particles in the production process,which is bound to lead to poor working environment for workers.This paper carried out a study on the treatment of the thermal environment and dust particles in the smelting working area of a forging and casting plant.The research contents include:For malleable cast plant research by melting the workspace,two mainly divided into melting and pouring process,the research results show that the workers in the smelting and casting heat source temperature is around 1000?at work,at the same time also produces in the process of workers in process operations PM1,PM2.5and PM10particles and harmful gas,further temperature are the workers found by test station in more than 40?,wind speed between 0.38 to 0.48m/s,radiant heat intensity of 0.8-1.3KW/m2,the thermal environment is very bad workers work area;For the workspace dust particles,the field test results show that the worker station in particulate matter concentrations were higher than dust exposure limits700?g/m3,observed pouring location place to produce the largest number of dust,although there are local exhaust hood casting heat source set above,but affected by the horizontal air flow and exhaust hood size limit of dust particles from the exhaust hood lateral escape,this suggests that the local exhaust hood lateral flow under the influence of capture the effect not beautiful.Therefore,the research on the treatment of the collecting efficiency of the exhaust hood in the high temperature and high radiant heat environment of the smelting working area and the casting station under the influence of the transverse airflow was carried out.After the above test and analysis,the Airpak software was used to conduct a 1:1 model for the smelting work area,and the test data and simulation data were compared and analyzed to verify the correctness of the model.For governance,melting the workspace environment of high temperature on the analysis of the industrial buildings commonly used cooling after selecting the axial flow fan and the evaporative air conditioner to cool processing,smelting the workspace and through the estimation of residual heat of the above two devices for the type selection calculation,after further through the software simulation analysis found that evaporative air conditioner that workers essence to the 31-33?temperature,has good cooling effect;For smelting workspace radiant heat treatment,and the analysis of the existing control measures,combining foreign half mechanization production mode is put forward in the melting insulation used in the workspace operating car,the car in the way of radiant heat insulation operating at the same time also can move along with the human body and eventually through simulation and found it makes workers by radiant heat temperature dropped to 37-79?,slows down the workers on the job by radiant heat;Effects on horizontal airflow discharge wind shield optimization of management efficiency,the first use of SCDM software pouring area heat source and exhaust hood model is established,further using Fluent software to simulate the in under the influence of transverse flow increase exhaust hood size and air volume measures the back wind hood capture efficiency change,ultimately determine the governance at the back of the wind cover specifications for 5m3/s,exhaust air size is 1850 mm×1350 mm,the exhaust hood capture efficiency is 98.2%.
