Diamond agglomerated grains has the advantages of stable grinding performance,good self sharpening and long service life.However,most of the bond used to prepare diamond agglomerated grains are vitrified and resin bond,which results in low toughness,low wear resistance and limited application fields.The Cu-P bond diamond agglomerated grains was prepared by the molding crushing method and the Fe-Ni bond diamond agglomerated grains was prepared by the centrifugal spray method.Discussed the preparation process of agglomerated grains,and made the agglomerated grains into the grinding wheel to study the grinding performance.The Cu-P bond diamond agglomerated grains was prepared by molding crushing granulation.When sintered at 760?for 1h and the Cu-P binder is 80wt.%,its single particle compressive strength,impact toughness,porosity,and average pore size are23.0N,78.1%,29.3%,18.5?m,respectively.The overall performance is better.After making it into the grinding wheel,the grinding ratio is 24.8,and the surface roughness of the workpiece is Ra=1.01?m.The grinding ratio of the Cu-P bond diamond agglomerated grains vitrified grinding wheel to grind the zirconia ceramic is higher than that of the diamond single crystal ceramic grinding wheel,and the surface roughness of the workpiece is lower than that of the diamond single crystal vitrified grinding wheel.When the vitrified bond is25wt.%,the grinding ratio of the diamond-stacked abrasive vitrified grinding wheel for grinding zirconia ceramics is 25.74,Rais 0.95?m,and the surface accuracy PV value is 11.78?m.The Fe-Ni bond diamond agglomerated grains was prepared by the centrifugal spray method.The results showed that when the centrifugal speed is 15000rpm,the drying temperature is 110?,and the solid content is 45wt.%,the integrated powder performance of the fine-grained Fe-based bond diamond agglomerated grains is the best.At this time,the d10,d50,and d90of the diamond agglomerated grains are24.07?m,41.37?m,and 58.41?m,respectively,and the recovery rate of 325#?600#particles is 52.5%.The cutting force of the abrasive pad prepared by using Fe-Ni bond to agglomerated grains is 9s/C,which is between the ordinary domestic and 3M production abrasive pads,and the grinding time is 25%shorter than the ordinary abrasive pad.After being polished by the Fe-Ni bond diamond agglomerated grains abrasive pad,the surface roughness of the glass is 0.277?m and its PV value is 9.27?m.
