Water pollution caused by oil spills,industrial production and oily sewage discharges from residential areas which is a great threat to ecological environment and biological survival.Therefore,the development and research of oil-water separation membrane technology and materials is of great significance to the treatment of oily wastewater.At present,important progress has been made in bionic Superwetting oil-water separation materials for oily wastewater treatment,but the development of efficient,stable and green oil-water separation materials still remains a challenge.Cellulose from nature is a strong competitor,which has the advantages of large reserves,easy modification,green and recyclable,is beneficial to the research and development of new bio-based oil-water separation materials.Based on the resources of moso bamboo in Jiangxi,this thesis uses moso bamboo cellulose as raw material to construct a special infiltrating moso bamboo cellulose-based material through a bionic strategy,and achieve efficient oil-water separation.The main research contents including:(1)In this paper,cellulose extracted from moso bamboo was used as cellulose raw material,using the dissolving system of Li OH/Urea/H2O to dissolve cellulose,pre-treated copper mesh was immersed in dissolved moso bamboo fiber solution,and the cellulose/copper mesh composite material of Superhydrophilic and underwater superhydrophobic was prepared by regenerating in ethanol dissolution.Using modern instrument analysis technology to characterify and test the prepared composite materials,Through that the test results of scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),contact angle,etc.It indicated that cellulose tightly encases the surface of the copper mesh and has Underwater superhydrophobicity characteristics.There are many scale micro-nanostructures between cellulose and copper mesh,which enables water molecules to pass quickly and oil-phase liquids to be intercepted,thus enabling the selective separation of oil-water mixtures and the rapid recovery of oil-water separation,with oil-water separation efficiency of more than 98%.(2)The cellulose extracted from moso bamboo was used as the raw material of cellulose,and using the dissolving system of Li OH/Urea/H2O to dissolve cellulose.Due to the unstable mechanical properties of the oil-water separation materials prepared in the ethanol solidification bath,epoxy chloropropane was selected as a crosslinker to be added to the cellulose solution,so that it has a chemical cross-linking reaction to obtain a better strength cellulose hydrogel/copper mesh oil-water separation composite materials.The oil-water separation performance of the chemically cross-linked cellulose composite copper mesh was probed,and the oil-water separation mechanism in solid-liquid-gas three-phase environment was revealed by SEM,X-ray energy spectrum(EDS)and FT-IR.After chemical crosslinking of cellulose composite copper mesh stability is better,Which realized the selectivity of oil and water mixture separation and oil recovery,The efficiency of oil and water separation is up to 99.97%,even if it circulates 10times,still has a high oil and water separation efficiency.(3)As a new type of 3D material,cellulose aerogel combines the unique properties of traditional aerogels and the new generation of aerogels.Moso bamboo cellulose was used as the experimental raw material,the Na OH/Urea/H2O solvent system was used to dissolve the moso bamboo cellulose solution,the moso bamboo cellulose hydrogel was prepared by the sol-gel method,and the moso bamboo cellulose aerogel was prepared by freeze drying.At the same time,the use of low surface energy substance cetyltrimethoxysilane hydrophobically modified cellulose aerogel,successfully constructed superhydrophobic moso bamboo cellulose aerogel and carried out oil-water separation performance research.The research results show that the cellulose of moso bamboo has a good effect of oil-water separation,and the oil-water separation efficiency is as high as 37.4 g/g.
