| With the development of information technology and the expansion of human activities,the internal heat dissipation of electronic components and the corrosion of devices become the research focus.In order to meet the requirements of more complex material,the control of composite materials and their properties has become a research focus.Epoxy resin with excellent performance and low price has become a popular choice for composite matrix,while the unique structure of two-dimensional material and its characteristics of high thermal conductivity,insulation and high strength have become the best choice to assist epoxy resin to improve these problems.In this paper,boron nitride(BN)and Ti3C2Tx were used to improve the thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance of epoxy coatings.The specific research contents and results are as follows:(1)using furfuryl alcohol as stripping agent,single-layer or multi-layer boron nitride nanosheets(BNNS)were successfully obtained by ball milling with a yield of 100%.After filtration,pearl-shaped BNNS film with a thickness of 20 mm,a width of 47 mm and a density of 2.1 g/cm 3 was obtained,and the in-plane thermal conductivity of BNNs films reached 48.5 Wm-1 K-1.It was verified that this stripping method was universal and could be used to strip other two-dimensional materials including.(2)the prepared BNNS was compounded with 100 parts of epoxy resin E-44ccording to 0.2,0.5,0.7,1.0 and 2.0 parts,respectively,and the compound of unbleached boron nitride and epoxy resin E-44 was used as a control.The experimental results show that the thermal conductivity of epoxy resin composites with 2 parts of exfoliated boron nitride is increased by 32.6%,and that of epoxy resin composites with 2 parts of unbleached boron nitride is increased by 10.4%.However,with the increase of parts,the elongation at break of resin will increase,but the effect of stripped boron nitride on the strength of the material is less than that of unbleached boron nitride.(3)the stripped BNNS and etched Ti3C2Tx were added to the waterborne anticorrosive coating to prepare the composite coating,which was compared with pure epoxy resin,epoxy resin with stripped boron nitride alone and epoxy resin with etched MXene alone.The test results of electron microscope show that both kinds of nanosheets had good dispersibility in the coating.However,when two kinds of nanosheets exist at the same time,they synergistic ally promote the compactness of the coating and obviously improve the microporous structure of the epoxy coating. |
