Based on digital twin ring spinning monitoring platform based on nine axis linkage of ring spinning machine control system as the backing,twin building technology of data fusion theory into the digital experiment simulation platform,its financing ring spinning design link,ring spinning and ring spinning production monitoring link,integrates automatic system of ring spun,spinning monitoring visualization,cloud spinning data.This paper by ring spinning computer numerical control five channels monitoring platform as the main target,build the channel CNC five ring spinning system,this paper expounds the five channels of ring spinning principle,clear the Numbers twin CNC spinning technology integration technology and application,set the ring spinning monitoring platform and based on the platform for the virtual experiment of fancy yarn spinning system.The details are as follows:1.A CNC five-channel ring spinning mechanical system was constructed,including asynchronous drafting mechanism and twisting winding mechanism,the principle of fivechannel ring spinning and the control mechanism of yarn structure were explained,and the fancy yarn spinning mechanism based on the five-channel ring spinning system was deduced.2.In view of the characteristics of intelligent and digital ring spinning,a CNC five-channel ring spinning integrated control system is constructed.The integrated control system has the characteristics of man-machine interaction,real-time control drive,real-time data acquisition,precision transmission and remote monitoring,and the integrated control system circuit is designed.3.Put forward the combined digital twin technology and CNC spinning technology,yarn and spinning process of this objective entities by means of digital virtual simulation,simulation model for data fusion,fancy yarn based on yarn structure parameters of time series and the simulation model,put forward into the fusion algorithm of digital spinning yarn simulation model with three kinds of CNC spinning data fusion model,The flexible intelligent spinning mode,visual monitoring of spinning system,near and far control of spinning process and data transmission are realized based on data drive.4.According to the building of CNC five channels ring spinning system,choose suitable spinning components built single spinning experiment platform,and developed a CNC spinning cloud intelligent management platform,spinning single experimental platform by setting the system parameters,process parameters can be finished yarn simulation,the cloud intelligent management platform is to multiple single experiment platform for online monitoring,The motion of spinning mechanism was reflected by curve chart and real-time data.5.According to the experimental platform of single yarn,gradients,yarn,color yarn,slub yarn,paragraphs color yarn slub yarn,Shuang Jian six kinds of fancy yarn spinning of virtual experiment,setting platform system parameters,design of fancy yarn spinning process,finally got six kinds of fancy yarn spinning roller real-time images.The image is compared with the theoretical motion law of each channel roller deduced by spinning principle,and then the spinning process is verified.
