In addition to the current social consumers to wash and protect supplies and other necessities of life demand increased year by year,to some non-necessary consumer goods such as cosmetics,cosmetics,fragrance demand is also growing,in addition to women’s cosmetics,skin care products,men’s cosmetics demand is also increasing.Cosmetics at the same time we also pay more and more attention to product safety,it is well known in cosmetics preservatives are mainly dependent on the chemical preservatives,but the use of chemical preservatives the potential safety hazard to the human body has also been concerned by people,so the development of a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect of a natural citrus essential oil microcapsule and its application in the cosmetics industry has the vital significance.This topic mainly discusses the use of citrus essential oil as core material,chitosan quaternary ammonium salt and sodium alginate as composite wall material,using the method of complex condensation to prepare a citrus essential oil microcapsule,through the bacteriostatic experiment,stimulation experiment and anti-corrosion challenge experiment to study its bacteriostatic performance in cosmetics.Compound condensation of microcapsules prepared by this technique is widely used in medicine,food,skin care and other fields,was prepared using this method of citrus essential oil microcapsule can not only improve the antibacterial effect of the whole,can also postpone the release of citrus essential oils,isolated from contact with the external environment of citrus essential oils,protect the activity of essential oil and improve its stability,also can reduce the irritation of citrus essential oil microcapsule,and its application in cosmetics in order to achieve anticorrosive effect.This paper is divided into four main parts,the first part explores the wall of the total concentration,reaction p H,two kind of wall material ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time on sodium alginate and chitosan quaternary ammonium salt complex agglomerate effect,by single factor experiment,the best compound condensing condition is: the total concentration of composite wall material is 2%,p H of 6,two kind of wall material ratio of 1:1,reaction under 45 ℃ for 30 min.The second part discusses the wall material concentration,homogeneous speed ratio,emulsifier ratio,emulsifier concentration,core wall of microcapsule particle diameter size and distribution,the impact of appearance,is obtained by single factor experiment,the optimum condition for: composite wall total concentration was 2.0%,the best proportion of citrus essential oils and wall of 1:1,add 10% of the oil quality of emulsifier,Tween-80 and Span-80 ratio of 1:2,choose 25000 RPM homogeneous speed homogeneous appearance morphology of the microcapsules were better.The third part mainly used electron microscope,scanning electron microscope,particle size analyzer,Fourier infrared,etc.to characterize the physical and chemical properties of microcapsule morphology,yield and embedding rate.The fourth part discusses the bacteriostatic,irritating and antiseptic properties of citrus essential oil microcapsules.
