With the advancement of technology and the improvement of living standards,people’s awareness of sun protection has also increased.In addition to requiring sunscreen products with good sunscreen effects,more and more attention has been paid to the stability and safety of sunscreen agents.This article uses Zein and Cellulose(EC)as the composite wall material,and diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate(A-Plus)as the core material,the mechanical emulsification method combined with the p H value cycle method was used to prepare microcapsules of the fat-soluble sunscreen agent diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate.The core-wall ratio,composite wall material ratio,emulsifier content and high-pressure homogenization were investigated.The influence of pressure and other factors on the embedding rate,embedding efficiency,and particle size of the microcapsules coated with diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate.After optimization of process conditions and orthogonal experiments,the optimal conditions are: When the wall ratio is 1:1,the composite wall material ratio(Zein: EC)is 3:1,the emulsifier content is 0.7%,and the high-pressure homogenization pressure is 17.2kpsi;the prepared diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate is micro The embedding rate of the capsule is 28.31%,the embedding efficiency is 91.74%,the particle size is 569.25 nm,and the morp Hology is regular sp Herical.The coated diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate microcapsules were tested for sticking in the stratum corneum of the body,and the results showed that there was almost no transdermal penetration p Henomenon.When applied to the product,the SPF value is12.56,which is 50% higher than the uncoated equivalent free fat-soluble sunscreen,indicating that the coated diethylamino hydroxy benzoyl hexyl benzoate microcapsules have a good sun protection effect.
