Founded in 1902,Z Company is a diversified American-funded innovative enterprise with a worldwide reputation.Since 1984,Z China Co.,Ltd.has always been well aware of the development pulse of our country.Through diversified technical means and rich solutions,the company has continued to contribute its own strength and continues to help support the rapid construction and development of local economy.For a diversified multinational manufacturing company like Z Company,corporate managers often only know which products are ordered by channel distributors,but do not know which end customers these products ultimately go to,nor do they know what the final market needs,how to effectively use the collected channel data and the huge number of dealers has also caused a series of channel management problems.The text uses the Personal Safety Division of Z Company which has been deeply involved in the Chinese market for many years,as the research object,combined with the SWOT analysis method and expert interview method to analyze the current channel status of Z Company and the application mode of the channel management system,and demonstrate that the Personal Safety Division of Z Company is currently facing major problems such as difficulty in channel coordination,difficulty in channel data collection,high operation and maintenance costs of the channel management system,and imperfect dealer evaluation system.The main reasons for these problems are lack of transparency.The effective channel management mechanism,the function of the channel management system are not yet complete,and the channel data has not been effectively used to manage business analysis.In view of the above shortcomings,this article puts forward a targeted optimization direction that can be implemented.First,the Personal Safety Division of Z Company can further standardize the channel management system by strengthening the construction of the channel management system,cross-departmental channel integration management,and strengthening channel training.Secondly,the Personal Safety Division of Z Company needs to continue to improve the channel management system,include the development of automated data review projects and the deployment of electronic data exchange projects,and the use of"Internet+technology" to help the efficiency of channel management.Finally,the Personal Safety Division of Z Company must promote big data marketing to improve channel performance,through internal Sales models,cross-sales of cross-departmental products,business analysis and other means enhance channel competitiveness and help win-win results.In addition,the author of this article also hopes that through this research,the remaining product departments of the company and other related security and manufacturing companies can play a certain reference role in the entire channel management process and the digital application of the channel management system,and achieve further breakthroughs and develop.
