Research On Financial Risk Early Warning Of Yangquan Coal Industry Company

Under the dual background of Sino foreign economic and trade friction and domestic economic downturn,the complexity of market economy is undoubtedly revealed.Coal enterprises themselves are in the resource intensive industry.In the process of production and operation,they have to face a wide range of risks.Among them,financial risk is very important for the stable development of enterprises.Financial activities not only run through the aorta of enterprise development,but also spread in every corner,so we must pay attention to financial risk.In the development of enterprises,facing the potential financial risks,we should strengthen the supervision,deepen the system reform,and improve the sense of risk.Therefore,we need to build a financial risk early warning system.After analyzing and summarizing the research on financial risk at home and abroad and the current situation of coal industry,the thesis chooses Yangquan Coal Industry Company as the research object.In this thesis analyzes the basic situation of the coal industry and Yangquan coal industry company,and analyzes the financial situation of Yangquan Coal Industry Company from four dimensions.By comparing with the industry average value,it finds the advantages and disadvantages of Yangquan coal industry company,and clearly puts forward that Yangquan coal industry company should build a financial risk early warning system.And further,from the four aspects of profitability,operation,debt repayment and growth ability,the index system of Yangquan Coal Industry Company is constructed.In the selection of analysis methods,entropy method and efficacy coefficient method are selected to build a comprehensive early warning system suitable for Yangquan coal company.Through the calculation of single index and comprehensive early warning score,it is concluded that 2017-2018 is Mild Warning and 2019 is Moderate Warning,which has obvious financial risk.The early warning results of Yangquan coal company from 2017 to 2019 are analyzed.Finally,according to the financial risk situation of Yangquan coal industry company,the prevention suggestions of financial risk in Yangquan Coal Industry Company are put forward,so as to promote the healthy development of enterprises.In this thesis has 25 pictures,29 tables,and 55 references.
