With the Internet,cloud computing,mechanization and other new technologies continue to bring forth new ones,coal mining has entered the era of automatic mining,mechanical and electrical technicians in charge of equipment technology management play an important role in the process of coal mine automatic production.However,the traditional mechanical and electrical technician working mode is not suitable for the era of automatic mining.Managers begin to expect employees to actively adjust their work from the bottom up,that is,job crafting.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and theoretical value to study the remolding of electromechanical staff's work for the implementation of automatic production in coal mining enterprises.Based on grounded theory,system dynamics theory and social network theory,this paper adopts semi open interview,qualitative analysis method,simulation method and social network analysis method,According to the logic line of "literature analysis-static model construction of influencing factors-dynamic model simulation of influencing path-Analysis of behavior transmission process-intervention strategy",the research is carried out.The main conclusions are as follows(1)the static model of influencing factors of job crafting of electromechanical staff in Baiyinhua mine is constructed.On the basis of literature review,based on grounded theory,using semi open interview and three-level coding,this paper constructs a static model of influencing factors of Baiyinhua mine electromechanical staff's job crafting,which mainly includes four aspects: individual characteristics,work characteristics,social relations,organizational situation and so on.(2)the dynamic simulation model of job crafting influence path of electromechanical staff in Baiyinhua mine is constructed.Based on the theory of system dynamics,a dynamic simulation model of the influence path of mechanical and electrical technician's job crafting is constructed.Through the simulation,it is found that the social relationship has the most significant effect on improving the level of job crafting.(3)the transmission process of job crafting behavior of electromechanical staff in Baiyinhua mine is analyzed.From the perspective of social relations,based on the social network theory,this paper explores the transmission process of electromechanical staff's job crafting behavior.It is found that the head of mechanical and electrical technology section and senior employees have better indexes such as point centrality,and are in the position of structural hole,which has the most obvious impact on other employees' job crafting behavior.(4)Put forward the intervention strategy of Baiyinhua mine electromechanical staff job crafting.Based on the analysis of the transmission process of electromechanical technician's job crafting behavior,this paper puts forward intervention strategies from the perspectives of social atmosphere,behavior model,key figures and marginal figures.
