In this paper,natural raw material corn dextrin and modified starch are used as wall materials,and the natural composite wall material microcapsules of Huaxin flavor with slow-release properties are successfully prepared by mechanical emulsification method.The prepared fragrance microcapsules are added to the hair product conditioner,and the human hair strands are treated by the principle of electrostatic adsorption,and then the application effect,sustained release and irritation of the fragrance microcapsules are evaluated.Using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),thermogravimetric analysis(TG)and electronic nose,the particle size and distribution,particle morphology,and packaging of flavor microcapsules The embedding structure,embedding rate,thermal stability and controlled release performance of the package flavor were studied.In addition,the chicken embryo chorioallantoic membrane vascular(HET-CAM)animal substitution experiment was used to evaluate the irritation of the essence microcapsules on the cornea.The results showed that Huaxin flavor was successfully coated in corn dextrin and modified starch,and the embedding rate of the prepared microcapsule particles was good;the particle size range of the microcapsules was between 1.096-2?m,and the average particle size was 1.699 ?m;The microcapsule particles present a regular spherical structure,which can be stably attached to the hair and have good slow-release performance.Compared with the uncoated fragrance,the hair fragrance retention rate is significantly different at 5 days,7 days,and 21 days..At the same time,sensory evaluations were performed on real human hair strands treated with wrapped and unwrapped flavors,and the aroma intensity and aroma type changes of the two methods were evaluated,and results similar to the electronic nose test were obtained.The HET-CAM experiment results show that the prepared flavor microcapsules can better avoid the irritation of flavors to human skin and cornea,and the microcapsules are safe,green and environmentally friendly.
